Democrats by 2004 had become obsessed with defeating incumbent President George W. Bush.
Four years earlier, in the 2000 election, Bush had won the Electoral College but lost the popular vote. Democrats were still furious that Bush supposedly had been "selected" by the Supreme Court over the contested vote tally in Florida rather than "elected" by the majority of voters.
By late 2003, Bush's popularity had dipped over the unpopular Iraq War, which a majority in both houses of Congress approved but had since disowned.
Bush was attacked nonstop as a Nazi, fascist and war criminal. "Bush lied, people died" was the new left-wing mantra.
Talk of Bush's impeachment was in the

In the bush election, absentee votes (such as military) were not counted in precincts were they would not make a difference. It is NOT possible to say who won the popular vote...there were other irregularities. In the end, and properly, the president is elected by the electoral college

Amazing comparison between 2014 and 2020. Two BIG differences though: The Rat candidates 10 times nuttier, and: Trump fights back.

More hate, from the left, than I have seen in my 68 years on this earth. I was there for Nixon and the MSM and 'rats hated him but that was nothing compared to this coordinated hate with media arm of the DNC. They drove "W's" approvals down into the 20's because he did not fight back - Trump is a different animal and the left just hates that he fights back. In their demented minds, his fighting back and tweeting is fighting dirty. They think we should act like Republicans have always acted and cowered in the corner when they lied about us. Never again will we do that as Trump has shown us the way.

#4 I WISH the Pubbies would learn how to fight back. Trump is doing it, which is what we have wanted but the cowards are still hiding under their desks. Granted there are some, but why don't they hang like the DemoRATS and stand up and support our President.... There are over 63 million people out here that are getting really PO'ed.

With the Democrats writing Trump's campaign ads, it shouldn't be close. Plus, Trump knows how to frame and deliver a message, unlike W. I would be shocked if the RNC under Trump's influence fails to capitalize on the material freely given by Waters, Sanders, Castro, Yang and the others.

Ah yes, 2004...what a great night. Horseface (by far the most annoying candidate in recent history) didn't know what hit him.

Notice how the left wing media, NEVER talks about what a liar and fraud John Edwards is? Where are all the follow up stories and where is he now?
They hid that story like they do everything left wing. That was a great day when the two loser John's lost. John Kerry, can you even imagine?
Quote from 2018.
Former Secretary of State John Kerry said in new comments that he regrets picking former Sen. John Edwards to be his running mate while a top the 2004 Democratic ticket.
“If you measure the qualities that you are looking for when you choose a vice president,” Kerry said of Edwards, “it didn't measure up. It wasn't what we had hoped for.”
Gee ya think!?

Lucky for everybody who loves America, it sounds like cocaine mitch is ready to roll over on some new "gun control". That should cut down on Conservative voters.
Tell your congress critters, you'll vote for Trump and against them if that happens.

I'm sick of these subversive demonrats. I hope they get wiped out in 2020. I want the USA to remain a constitutional republic and not some satellite country of Russia or China.

I think 2000 was the first I'd heard of finding ballots in the trunks of cars - and counting them. Later they were found in closets and Lord knows where else. And they got counted. Then there were the 'hanging chads.' Rush proved that happened when you put a stack of ballots in the voting machine instead of one at a time, used the punch or stylus and all the little hole fillers didn't come loose. Creating the 'hanging chad.' You couldn't have written a book about that stuff at the time. And voter fraud gets exponentially worse every year since then. Have you heard that Obama was elected by voter fraud at least once, maybe both times. I have.
