Former President Obama tweeted Saturday that he is “proud of” how former staffers of his administration are “continuing to fight for an America that’s better” after they penned an op-ed blasting President Trump for his “poisoning of our democracy.”“I’ve always been proud of what this team accomplished during my administration,” he tweeted with a link to the op-ed, which was published by The Washington Post on Friday.“But more than what we did, I’m proud of how they’re continuing to fight for an America that’s better,” he continued.

Democracy NEEDS to be poisoned. The founding fathers gave only a slight nod to democratic principals when they constructed the House of Representatives. That was it. Nothing more was left up to democratic vote - until the 17th amendment turned the Senate in the House v2.0. Democracies ALWAYS end up in chaos and mob rule. 100% of the time. Always. The word 'democracy' is found nowhere in any of the founding documents and when Jefferson wrote about it he did so in unflattering terms. So, Trump needs to pour MORE poison on the idea that this is or ever was intended to be a democracy.

Those who long for "an America that's better" don't hatch plans to frame a duly elected President then spend more than two years trying to railroad him out of office. America is better now that Obama and his band of bad actors are out of the White House.

More police officers killed, more dependency, soaring minority unemployment, incredible debt for nothing, you did nothing to make an America that was better. Who wrote the op-ed? You are far too lazy to have done it.

seems like his former staffers are too uneducated to know that we are not a democracy, too blinded by bias to see the rising economic tide improving the lot of the lowest decile, too foolish to realize that the very process of penning this letter was inherently racist... An America that's better? Obama hates America, and he hates Americans. We saw it for eight long years. Before we had the Odd Squad, we had Obama. When Obama speaks of a better America, what does he mean? He will make it better for the leftist elite at the expense of the rest of us. Very few would benefit. Globally, he believes in a weaker America where Communist, Socialist, and Muslims countries are stronger. When he says a better America, its the exact opposite.

Robert Mueller’s testimony to Congress, by any reasonable standard, should have been the swan song of the impeachment movement. To state the obvious, there is no evidence that President Trump or any other American probed by the Mueller investigation conspired with the Russian government to influence the 2016 presidential election. At worst, both campaigns were willing to take research on their opponents fed by Russians. On this score, it appears the Clinton campaign was far more successful, though the use of disguised campaign funds for this purpose has not yet been probed.
