We have been hearing now for four years, ever since that escalator ride at Trump Tower, how then-candidate, now-President Trump is such an idiot. The media, Democrats, and NeverTrumpers, virtually in lockstep assured us that Trump would never be the Republican nominee. When he was, they doubled down promising that he would never be president. Every so-called opinion poll confirmed their predictions. So who turned out to be smart, winning the White House, and who turned out to be a bunch of buffoons? Yet they still couldn’t admit that they were wrong, predicting that Trump would be impeached or that he would resign from office under intense pressure

Part of the standard operating procedure of the democrats has for decades been to label any republican president as being "dumb". Every opportunity they had to comment on GW Bush, was: "Bush is dumb".
Because so many of the democrat voters are incapable of thinking for themselves, they are able to be brainwashed by such a short and frequently repeated phrase as "(republican president) is dumb" and by rote memory they repeat it. The democrats know the intellectual level of their voters, and how to indoctrinate them.

If President Trump is so dumb, what's that say about the Rats and their lapdog media that he makes fools of day in and day out?

FTA: “His opponents keep calling him an idiot and he runs circles around them. Trump is winning, and his supporters are not yet tired of it.”
We certainly are not tired of winning but I would really like for him to have some time in office when he is not dogged daily by men and women who are unworthy to do so. So far, he has been the best President of my lifetime. While I adored Reagan, he never face the vicious, never ending, beat down that this President has to endure. God bless him and keep him safe. He is the only person standing between this country and an unimaginable future the democrat party would force on us. Trump 2020! Make it a landslide!

Yes, good read but I don't think Trump ponders how each of his tweets will affect his approval or the Dem party's disapproval. I think he just tweets what he is thinking and the majority of people understand what he is trying to say and approve of the candor. Those who have Trump derangement syndrome will hate Trump under all circumstances.

Maybe missed it, but how did Epstein suddenly come under investigation now after so many years and previous convictions? If the Dems leaked it to damage DJT, they must have known it would drag in Clinton Inc.

Trump is a good person who is trying to do the best he can for our Nation during the time we gave him. His goal is to leave the USA better than he found it. His tweets are just one aspect of a great man immersed in his duty to God and Country.

#6 - Have you considered the author's point; if he was tossing out tweets on the spur of the moment, would we have the reliability of Trump wins that result from every controversy? Trump cut his public persona teeth chewing up the New York papers. He was at the helm of a successful reality TV show for a dozen years. The man knows how to build a story arc with suspense and surprise. Every word of his tweets are purposely placed in perfectly constructed sentences. A master always makes any talent look "easy" and "off the cuff".
Trump is driving the narrative and the enemedia is reduced to responses only. He has replaced their staid and comfy daily presidential briefing where they took cowardly potshots at the press secretary, with on-the-fly helicopter pressers out in the open weather with the action president himself. When has a president faced the press on practically a daily basis setting the agenda?
MAGA - Never underestimate our very stable genius, President Trump.

George W. Bush was so dumb he got an MBA from one of our best universities.
George H. W. Bush was so dumb he kicked Hussein (no, the other Hussein) out of Kuwait in 100 hours.
Gerald Ford was so dumb he got a graduate degree from Michigan.
Richard Nixon was so dumb he used geopolitical jus jitsu on Red China to turn it into a counterweight against the Soviet Empire.
Dwight Eisenhower was so dumb he defeated the mightiest war machine in history.
Now they want us to believe that the latest Republican President "is so dumb..." How dumb do they think we are?

What it all boils down to is that you are "dumb" if you are not a liberal college professor, teacher, movie star, writer, psychologist or talking head on TV. They have to keep reminding us that we are the dumb ones so we don't figure out that it is they who operate on severely diminished brain activity. Too late libs, we are on to you.

For those who think Trump isn't doing these things deliberately, you are missing what is happening; not just THIS time, but repeatedly; with similar results. Trump sees weaknesses in others like you and I might notice there are steps along our path. He waits for the opportune time and THEN he drops a few words that allows them to fall down the stairs. Notice it's not pushing them down the stairs. He knows what they will do; almost what they MUST do because of who they are and how they act and the situation they are in. However, the result is the same, they fall down the stairs.
Note also that doing this is NOT Trump's first choice. He would ALWAYS prefer to cut a win-win deal. He has tried, repeatedly, to negotiate with Pelousy, probably even knowing it was unlikely to be successful. She has always slapped Trump's hand instead of shaking it, thinking she is so clever because she has been dealing with Congressional meatheads for so long that she thinks she is an alpha. She is not even a beginner compared to Trump. Trump has struck back at a time when he and Nancy are not even in direct confrontation by dropping a lit match in the dems gunpowder filled room. Nancy and the media scrambled to put it out but it STILL exploded in her face and everyone KNOWS it. Do you think she will learn? I doubt it. It's not in her personality. Trump also knows this.
The additional side effect of this is that, long before the election, Trump forced the dems and media to, once again, pull out their raggedy race card. The public's response already is, "Oh no, not that old thing again." like the response to Uncle Joe pulling out his "Me and my friend BO" slide collection. The race card, so abused by BO and Left/media is almost completely dysfunctional. Forcing them to keep using it is a reminder to the American People of how ridiculous their use of it is. Truly aware people would be embarrassed to use it but the dems have little choice. By Trump's design, efforts, and success, they have little else available.
Trump got a twofer and you can be confident that it went pretty much as he expected it to.
