Her comments were viewed as a direct warning to “The Squad,” a quartet of high-maintenance female freshmen: Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York, Rashida Tlaib of Michigan, Ilhan Omar of Minnesota and Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts. Mrs. Pelosi was responding, among other things, to offensive tweets, including from Ms. Ocasio-Cortez’s chief of staff, Saikat Chakrabarti. Last month he accused moderate Democrats who backed a compromise border-spending bill of “being hell bent to do to black and brown people today what the old Southern Democrats did in the 40s.” Wisconsin Rep. Mark Pocan, meanwhile, referred to Democrats who voted for the bill as the “Child Abuse Caucus.”

Having spent so long defaming conservatives as racists, progressives can’t stop turning the accusation on each other. Two weeks ago Democratic presidential contenders all but called Joe Biden a segregationist. This week Nancy Pelosi got a taste of her party’s poison. The House Speaker has lately criticized some of the most extreme progressives in her caucus for cultivating their own celebrity status at the expense of the party. Mrs. Pelosi had four of her caucus’s freshmen especially in mind: Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York, Ilhan Omar of Minnesota, Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts and Rashida Tlaib of Michigan.

Brown people weren’t brought to America as slaves so they can take their purely cynical attempts to piggyback onto black civil rights matters and stuff them. Saikat Chakrabarti, a poor little brown lad, is of Indian descent, graduated from Harvard and is a Soros tool with ties to MoveOn.org. He literally held auditions for the role of Democrat Representative from the Bronx and Ocasio-Cortez won. I plan to ignore any further cry of racism on behalf of “brown” people because it’s a scam and my sympathy for black injustice is hitting zero. I’m a white woman and black and brown men could vote 60 years before female Caucasians were allowed to and they held property rights that were superior to all women until only a few decades ago. So Saikat should use his lofty genius and Harvard tag for loftier goals than trashing white people in order to fleece us. And so should his poodle AOC.

"“being hell bent to do to black and brown people today what the old Southern Democrats did in the 40s.”" So, they do know the truth about slave owning, KKK, Jim Crow democrats. Interesting. Maybe the white leftists will be the first ones attacked and killed in the leftists' pending race war. Hmm...

The grimmest candidate of all may be Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren, who dominated Wednesday’s debate stage. Ms. Warren is running on her own unique brand of anticorporate populism, one that attacks “a small group that holds far too much power.” Every problem she sees in America—climate change, guns, student-loan debt, health-care prices, legislative gridlock—is a product of “systemic” corruption. Only “a thinner and thinner slice at the top” is succeeding, Ms. Warren insisted. Everyone else is failing.

Those themes were a mix of traditional Republican positions (tax reform, deregulation, conservative judges, military strength) and a populist agenda (draining the swamp, trade, immigration). Mr. Trump spent much of Tuesday night highlighting the promises kept and the resulting prosperity, while vowing to complete those items that have had a rougher ride—the border, that China deal, health care. He threw in a few new proposals at the end, like eradicating AIDS in America and a mission to Mars. But broadly the president’s message was this: Give me four more years to protect and finish the plan.

Now the president has escalated his attacks even further, accusing the Times of a crime so grave it is punishable by death. On Saturday, Mr. Trump said the Times had committed “a virtual act of treason.” The charge, levied on Twitter , was in response to an article about American cyber incursions into the Russian electrical grid that his own aides had assured our reporters raised no national-security concerns. Few paid much attention. Many news organizations, including the Times, determined the accusation wasn’t even worth reporting, a sign of how inured we’ve grown to such rhetorical recklessness.

But that’s hard to square. The Justice Department has flooded the committee with information, turning over 17,000 pages of documents, and making officials available for hours of interviews. More telling, the process isn’t over. The department is readying thousands of pages more, and the committee has already scheduled additional interviews. Contempt is usually a way of breaking an impasse; there’s no need for it when an agency is cooperating. So why the rush? Mr. Cummings’s vote is the left’s latest, desperate effort to get the Supreme Court to stand down from an imminent ruling over that same census question.

In 2014, Interior delayed the renewals, calling for more “study.” In early 2016, the department’s solicitor issued a howler of a legal opinion, granting the government new authority to deny Twin Metals automatic lease renewals. It was an Obama extralegal classic: The opinion ignored precedent, existing rights and regular procedure. In a midnight kiss to green activists, the department officially blocked the leases on Dec. 15, 2016.

With all of the high-profile reports of corruption within the college admissions process surfacing, it is apparent that there is not always scholastic meritocracy. Asian Americans are being routinely discriminated against, throttled in their admissions, despite their statistically higher performance in both coursework and pre-college entrance exams. Similarly, wealthy Americans are being persecuted and penalized, under the guise of equality, for their attempts to circumvent the admissions process.

His school traditionally has emphasized discipline for those caught with e-cigarettes. Punishments become increasingly severe with each offense, from in-school suspensions to out-of-school suspensions and, eventually, notification of law enforcement.

I don't particularly care for soccer anyway but it was the purple-haired star player Megan Rapinoe who turned me off by spouting her disdain for any White House visit before she was even asked. Did she do that for publicity or was her Trump derangement too deeply entrenched? Stomping on the American flag even accidentally during the World Cup celebration was more proof of her unworthiness to represent our great country.

Rep. The latest spat began on Saturday, when columnist Maureen Dowd of the New York Times reported that Pelosi had disparaged AOC and her allies on the left (original links):
