The Affordable Care Act, and the health coverage of millions of Americans, could face a major threat to its future. A federal appeals court in New Orleans appears ready to rule that a core provision of Obamacare is unconstitutional.
It's unclear exactly when the appeals court will rule, but whichever side loses at this stage is almost certain to appeal to the Supreme Court, setting up a potential legal showdown in the middle of the 2020 presidential race.
The Supreme Court previously ruled that the Affordable Care Act was constitutional because Congress has the power to tax people.

If it was so great to begin with-which it wasn't, remember the debacle trying to access the website at the onset?- why wasn't it a success? Everything Obama said about it turned out to be wrong. "Obamacare" will in the future be an obscure reference to a disastrous bad idea.

It really should be a capital crime to purposely misname a federal law to its exact opposite meaning. It that had been in effect, they would have had to call it the "Ridiculously Unaffordable Care Act", or if they prefer, "Obamadon'tcare".

From the article, "Millions of Americans will lose their health coverage' as if millions didn't when it was enacted. Mad Maxine has claimed that 22 million citizens will lose their health care if Obamacare is repealed, even though there are only about 113 million on it!

The claim at the end of article suggesting millions will lose their health care coverage if Obamacare is overturned is gratuitous. There are other ways to provide for coverage. It does not have to be the Obamacare way.

CBS does not report fairly, saying millions will lose insurance, children and pre-existing conditions most affected. But CBS does not mention, explore, or have any curiosity about what, or if, some other type of health insurance could be available. Certainly, the Democrats do no want to explore any other, or new ideas, making their idea compulsory, with no choices allowed. Under Democrat rule, we would be like Cuba, with nothing changed since 1950, and that Cuba was based on things obtained from the USA, including all those 1950 vehicles that they are still having to drive.

Because of Obamacare my employer insurance went up to $800 a month. I could not afford it. So I will admit I searched Obamacare. This is what they offered me. This was the cheapest plan available. $1600 a month in premiums. $13,000 out of pocket before one cent would be considered for payment. That ended up being $23,000 out of pocket before coverage would be considered. Kill it, shoot it through the head and if any candidate says state health care is the way to go vote against them. You will get a very expensive insurance card. You will not get healthcare.

Only "a core provision" is unconstitutional (if they rule it so). Well, what could that provision be? Oh, yeah- the penalty "tax"! But, but, congress phased the tax penalty out! What? More unintended consequences? Oh, my! Crappy legislation from the GD Democrats! Now a huge mess looms. Who can fix that? No one! That's who. The damage is irreparable! Trillions of dollars right down the drain and we are worse than when the GD Democrats started!

I hope I'm wrong, but I think #1 and #4 are right.
I think Chief Justice Roberts saved Obamacare because Obama and the Dims were blackmailing him about his adopted children. It's 9 years later now and Roberts could still be blackmailed about his kids. But he got his panties in a wad about Trump, so I think he'll torch the census question appeal again and torch the Obamacare burial just to spite Trump.
W's people sure did a crappy job vetting this guy.
