James O’Keefe’s explosive video exposing Google’s political agenda appears to have ruffled some feathers in the media world. Jen Gennai, the Google executive seen talking to Project Veritas undercover journalists about Google’s plans to prevent “the next Trump situation,” has already published a response complaining that she was taken out of context. And the bombshell video didn’t last even a full day on YouTube before it was removed from the platform.

Comments:

Should Google be allowed to get away with rigging the 2020 election?

You can change your default search engine on iPhone to “DuckDuckGo” by going to Settings/Safari and then choosing from the list of search engines at the top. Also for iPad. Change it on your PC or other laptops, too.

This "Trump Situation" of Google's making is similar to The "Jimmy Situation" of Quentin Tarantino's movie "Pulp Fiction". As you remember, Jules (Samuel L. Jackson) and Vincent (John Travolta) brought a dead black guy to store in Jimmy's garage (Quentin Tarantino). They must clean up the mess in the garage quickly before the "Jimmy Situation" becomes the "Bonnie Situation". Trump is like the dead black guy in the garage. Google must quickly clean up this mess and make sure the "Trump Situation" does not become the "Trump Situation 2020". So Google..."you got to make some calls...Do it. Just get Trump out of my garage before he wins a second term."

It's not like we haven't known with mountains of evidence that Google, FB, YouTube, Twitter, etc have violated the platform/publisher laws. It's not arguable and they've been doing it out in the open for years. It's that when THEY say that they are doing it, when their own words prove it along with the ridiculous amounts of evidence like shadow-banning, ending income based platform users for being conservatives, etc, absolutely NOTHING happens to the out in the open criminals (sound familiar? If not, can you say Russia-Trump?). So, yeah, hurray for Cruz, whatever but that's it. And the "hey I know, lets send someone from Google to the Senate whose job has nothing to do with the illegal algorithm" is also criminal behavior but there it is and this is as far as it will go. I do think Google, et al are not going to accomplish their criminally based goal because much to their chagrin, we really aren't two teeth, double wide, married to our cousins morons who are too stupid to see how ridiculously obvious their search results are when they come up. It's the Walmart smell that helps us overcome the algorithm.

We are in a strange new phase of our society. The reality we live in intersects but doesn’t match the legal structure. For simplicity sake let’s say our great national divide is essentially a 50 / 50 split. One half for the most part live in the formal legal construct of society. They believe in punishment when documented and promulgated laws are broken. They believe that when a change in law is merited, that the legislative process be used to amend or create law. The other half of the country also believe that when you step out of line you should be punished. Their lines come from a distinctly different place. They come from the law when it happens to intersect their preferred lines, and from an unofficial set of boundaries we call “political correctness” which is in fact leftist ideology. You can lose your job, be beaten, spat upon, ostracized even imprisoned by abuses of the official legal mechanisms. The enforcers are not necessarily employees of the government, they are not in the service of a king, emperor or a dictator but rather volunteers faithfully following an ideology with religious zeal. We live under the tyranny of the left which is just as real as the tyranny of the monarch we rebelled against.

It has been quite a week for the Democrat Party. Actually, it has been quite a decade. It began when, just seven years after Islamic extremists executed the worst attack on U.S. soil killing almost 3,000 Americans, destroying the World Trade Center, and bringing America briefly to its knees, the country elected Barack Hussein Obama as President. Obama had no executive experience but he was a community organizer and he managed to pull the wool over the eyes of the majority of the electorate – twice. That this man, who promised to transform the country – as if the greatest civilization in the history of mankind needed transformation

It comes as no surprise that Trump is constantly assaulted by the media, the Democrats, desultory members of his own party, the churches, the “Deep State,” late-night comics, the entertainment industry and by those euphemistically known as the “coastal elites.” After all, he is a member of that rare breed of political personage who put the nation before themselves; in other words, he is a principled president, which is anathema to the host of ideologues and sycophants who constitute the political class and the cultural establishment.

SANTA CLARA, CUBA—Is Marxist revolutionary Che Guevara too moderate for a 2020 run as a Democrat? That's the question the left is asking after Guevara was resurrected by a leftist political action committee, Marxists for Equality, Socialism, and Stalinism. MESS activists arrived in Santa Clara earlier this week and summoned Guevara's spirit back from the dead using dark, demonic rituals, which are well-known to many Democrats. MESS then hastily photoshopped a birth certificate for Zombie Guevara so he would be eligible to run for president of the United States.

How has Trump maintained his base through all the adversity of the last three years? Surprisingly, the explanation is simple. His critics haven’t talked to the people, but instead, have talked to each other. These experts still don’t know how America got here, but the people do. When the vast unwashed masses voted for Trump, there were several reasons, and the most important was Hillary Clinton. To defeat her would require someone who could break the logjam of Midwest industrial states. It was obvious that Clinton could not appeal to them, because she lacked sincerity.

Three lives, ended. And America’s most famous political family dealt another fatal blow. Now historian Steven M. I’d urge everyone to read my colleague Jim Geraghty’s post on the thuggery this weekend in Portland. It was appalling to watch masked Antifa thugs attack Andy Ngo, and it was also appalling that the police weren’t immediately present to arrest his attackers. Antifa’s propensity to violence is well known, and while I’d love to hear a sympathetic explanation for the absence of police, the lack of response looks a lot like a dereliction of duty. There is, however, a simple and well-known legal reform that will go a long way towards deterring Antifa violence — even when police aren’t close by, but iPhones are. It’s called an anti-masking law.
