Absolutely shameful; not just what is reported here, but that someone who so hates her country can hold high office and aim even higher just to see it destroyed by remaking it in her warped image. Especially since, to quote our President, such shiitake-holes already exist. All she and the others who want to fundamentally change America have to do is catch a boat, plane, or walk across a border to get to such holes. What kind of person dreams of leading a great country to shiitake-hole status?

And don't forget the fathers who can't be with their children because they rented them out to illegitimate asylum seekers. And don't forget all the black fathers who can't be with their children because they have no idea who or where they are. / end snark And don't forget all the fathers who can't be with their child because they were killed by some illegal alien.

Kamala Harris is a walking, breathing human gargoyle completely devoid of any goodness. Want to know how close this country is to becoming a communist dictatorship? Kamala Harris is a duly elected Senator who sits in our Senate attempting on a daily basis to pass laws whose sole purpose is to take away our freedom and in the process enriching herself and she gets paid to do this.

In a sneaky Monday concurrence, Justice Clarence Thomas laid the groundwork for the Supreme Court to overturn its own longstanding precedents in what may mark the beginning of efforts to destroy numerous landmark court decisions from the past decades. The concurring opinion came in Gamble v. United States, a case regarding double jeopardy that Thomas used as a springboard to argue that the Supreme Court should review — and overturn — settled law where it is found to be “demonstrably erroneous.”Constitutional law scholars told TPM that Thomas appeared to use the concurrence to signal to his fellow justices — and the wider public — that the new conservative majority is interested

A Supreme Court ruling in the case of an Alabama man who pleaded guilty to a gun charge could have major implications for the unrelated white-collar case against former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort in New York -- by keeping him exposed to another set of charges, even if he ultimately wins a presidential pardon. On Monday, the Supreme Court ruled it does not. "Although the dual-sovereignty rule is often dubbed an 'exception'
