The Left's hypocrisy knows no bounds

The Left's hypocrisy knows no bounds. Now it is just plain funny. The Left's hysteria over Trump's answer to Clinton pit bull (miniature poodle) Stephanopoulos asked him if he would listen to and evaluate opposition research from a foreign national would be comical if it were not so blatantly hypocritical. Trump is right that all politicians seek information on opponents, no matter where it comes from. They often pay for it. In Hillary's case, she actually commissioned it, paid for it, and did not care that it was made up out of whole cloth. The Steele dossier was phonied up by a foreign national

Maybe Hillary and the left are so upset because they think that Trump needs to make up the lies on his own like she and her criminal gang did and then pass it to the foreign national to spread around to the agencies of not only the US government but others as well. I suppose Steele was not a foreign national? How about all those Russians that he supposedly talked to? Well, I suppose you could say that it all came from Nellie Ohr so there was no foreign involvement, just good old Clinton lies made to look like Russian lies.

"By then, it was common knowledge among those paying attention." Yes. And BECAUSE the knowledge was so broadly recognized as at least a possibility, the "shock" of the dems and media is absurd, pathetic, and disgusting. For the media, who are supposed to be employed to gather and sort information, there could be no excuse for being unaware of "spying" other than willful blindness. Their reaction certifies that what they do is not "news" but is instead propaganda and outright rabble rousing. The dems have devolved into a mass of people who do and say anything, mostly lies, conspiracies, and criminal behavior. The sad thing is that there is a large chunk of the Country that appear to possess no ability to reason and actually believe them.

It's only hypocrisy if you project our values on the left. When you grasp that they stand for the destruction of the republic and the experiment in individual liberty and for a return to a more ancient system of government rule and preeminence, and that end justifies any means, then their behavior becomes profoundly consistent.

Well if it is now impermissible, according to the looney toon leftist and liberal Democrats, for President Trump to “listen” to world leaders advise him of alleged Democrat corrupt activities, how would he be able to make a presidential determination, which would be “Top Secret” in any case, that whatever those world leaders told him should be brought to the attention of the FBI? Common sense will tell you that it would not be personally or politically beneficial to Trump to hide such Democrat corruption claims from the FBI, if it is now a federal law enforcement agency on the up and up, would conduct appropriate and non-political criminal investigations that could well lead to the alleged corrupt Democrats being prosecuted?

Every week there is another health pronouncement saying what is now good for you and what is going to kill you. Unfortunately, the “what” is often interchangeable -- what was supposed to kill you last week is now suddenly good for you or vice versa. Foods, supplements, and activities, all studied extensively and determined to be either good or bad, then subject to a new study, with the opposite conclusion. How can this be? Is the science that fickle? Or is this lousy research? Some studies note an association which they spin as causation, like determining that older ladies who play bingo often have blue hair,

Solar power and wind power are the dominant methods of generating electricity that are acceptable to the extreme left. (snip) As more solar is added to the electrical grid a point is reached when midday generation is too high, particularly in the spring when sun is strong, but air conditioning load is not yet peaking. As a practical matter solar can’t go beyond 50% of the electricity generated at any time because it creates instability in the grid and complicates the transition to fossil fuel power as the solar quits for the night.

In the wake the landmark $44 million verdict against Oberlin College for defaming a 5-generation family business, information is coming to light about the behavior of students and administrators at that once-respectable institution that is simply appalling. As throughout the entire story, Legal Insurrection is owed a huge thank-you for its deep dive into the evidence. A revealed in a tweet from LI, a 2017 article in a student publication at Oberlin, The Grape, discussed the predominance (over 80%!) of Oberlin students in shoplifting arrests in that small Ohio city.

President Trump announced a deal with Mexico to help stave the border security crisis, and leaders of both countries celebrated. After all, both countries said they were the winners in the newly signed migration deal. There were losers, of course - Mexico's infamous human smuggling cartels, and far left activists who shake down migrants, both of whom get curbed in the deal. The insurer that covers Oberlin College for liability, Lexington Insurance Company, filed documents with court last month indicating that its umbrella liability policy would not cover costs of any judgment for the plaintiffs. That means that if, after the appeals process has run its course, the plaintiffs move to collect the $11 million a jury just awarded them (plus whatever punitive damages – up to $22 more – are awarded next week), Lexington likely won’t pay and Oberlin would have to sue for reimbursement.
