How National Injunctions
Create Constitutional Chaos

Original Article

Nationwide injunctions—when a single district court judge can halt the enforcement of a law or policy across the country—have been stymying President Trump’s agenda from the get-go. (Snip) encouraged plaintiffs to forum shop—to seek the jurisdiction most friendly to their cause. It’s no accident that nearly all of the national injunctions issued against the Trump Administration have come from deep blue states. This has also resulted in a measure of judicial absurdity. Individual judges have declared that President Trump cannot undo actions by executive order, despite the fact that many of those same actions were created by executive

Barr is fed up, citing vast difference in numbers of these injunctions against PDJT vs. the numbers over the years and those against Obama.

Democrats have perfected the art of imperial judicial obstruction. When they lose the presidency, they merely shop for their planted judicial operatives in federal district courts to stop executive actions with national injunctions. This practrice needs to be ended once and for all. At a minimum, such district court actions should require an expedited if not immediate review and ruling by the Supreme Court. Furthermore, any such judges whose injunctions are over-ruled repeatedly should be removed from the bench.

No district judge should be able to issue a ruling covering anyone not in his district. That way the president doesn't reside in their district and they have no say over him. Only the Supreme Court should be able to make determinations affecting national laws and regulations.

POTUS Trump needs to ask ALL the Judges where in the Constitution does it say Judges are in charge of everything and can do anything...at that point while they are looking for something that IS NOT there, he needs to do two things. Initiate Impeachment/Removal of the specific Judge, and Tell the Judiciary to Pound Sand. The Judges have given themselves this power, along with the 'Precident' structure...they make laws when they are specifically barred from doing so, so pounding sand is their recourse.

Trump should just ignore these Black-Robed Judiciarchs, be they Bush, Clinton or 0bama minions. How many infantry Divisions do they command? Do they have bombers, artillery or armor? 0bama ignored the few judiciaries that ruled against him, with impunity, or even a murmur from the media or the legislative branch.

The last nationwide injunction against President Trump regarding the building a borderline barrier near El Paso, TX, a national security matter, was issued by a Obama nominated liberal federal judge in San Francisco, CA who is also a Hillary Clinton supporter and contributor. Anyone with a brain can see that the federal district courts are highly politicized. It is up to the Congress and the Supreme Court to rectify that situation. Any nationwide injunction issued by a federal district judge relating to national security decisions made by the President should be routed immediately to the Supreme Court for a final ruling until the entire district judge level federal injunction process against a Presidential national security matter decision is abolished.

Let Congress implement a three strikes law against federal judges. If a federal judge is over turned three times by a higher court, the judge is automatically removed from office. Just the threat of this action will deter a judge from making clearly political rulings. A federal judge is there to interpret laws, not create law. Three strikes strongly indicates a lack of knowledge. A judge would be very reluctant to throw away a strike on a ruling where they are nearly certain to be overturned on appeal. This fact alone will create a governing restraint on runaway activist judges

I can’t say that I mind too much watching a crusading lefty being hoisted on her own progressive petard, as has happened to the writer Naomi Wolf. In her brand-new book, she claims that Victorians were executing men for sodomy for longer than previously believed. She bases this claim on having discovered in court records the phrase “death recorded” listed with sodomy convictions. But in this terrifying (for authors!) clip from BBC radio, she learns from an actual scholar that “death recorded” is a 19th century legal term that means “death sentence commuted”:

Before the defeat of Hillary Clinton, the idea that the Russians or anyone else could warp or tamper with our elections in any serious manner was laughed off by President Obama. “There is no serious person out there who would suggest that you could even rig America’s elections,” Obama said in the weeks leading up to the 2016 election. Obama was anxious that the sure-to-be-sore-loser Trump would not blame his defeat on voting impropriety in a fashion that might call into question Clinton’s victory.
