“The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon” is in hot water over an outfit choice made by a guest performer. British musician Morrissey appeared on the NBC late-night talk show to perform—and he took the stage wearing a far-right pin on his lapel. The pin featured the logo of the anti-Islam For Britain political party. Morrissey, once the frontman of The Smiths, has openly supported the party since 2018. “I have been following a new party called For Britain which is led by Anne Marie Waters. It is the first time in my life that I will vote

It´s time we started referring to Democrats as the "far left" for advocating infanticide, confiscatory taxes, and suppression of free speech. Really tired of seeing "far right" attached to anyone who disagrees with their insane policy positions.

You have two choices if you are in a visible public situation, either spout off leftist theology or do your level best to keep quiet offering no objection to leftist theology.
Being "far right" is nothing more than not being a leftist.
Got to love this from Morrissey:
"I don’t think the word ‘racist’ has any meaning any more, other than to say ‘you don’t agree with me, so you’re a racist.’ People can be utterly, utterly stupid," the 59-year-old said."

Being against Islam is not "far right" is is self-defense against a group of 7th century barbarians who have been killing Christians for over 1000 years, and whose religion teaches them to enslave, convert or kill all who are not Muslims.

Curiously the Dems seem all choked up about Islamophobia.

But lying and saying the Hitler-aligned "Palestinians" welcomed Jews with open arms to the British Mandate is rewarded with opening the House.

Remember the old days when not wanting to have your nation and culture destroyed and not wanting your fellow citizens killed or forcibly converted by an invading culture was just natural, good sense, rather than being called ´far right´?

I thank God I was a teenager when rock and roll began. It was music for fun and enjoyment and it had a melody. Can´t say that for today´s garbage.

Whatever do you mean, "allowing" Morrissey to wear a "far-right" pin? Since when do you have the right to tell someone what their opinions should be?

Lyrics from There Is a Light That Never Goes Out (by The Smiths):
"If a double-decker bus crashes into us, to die by your side is such a heavenly way to die.
And if a ten-ton truck kills the both of us, to die by your side, well, the pleasure, the privilege is mine."
Maybe Morrissey is now woke that the hypothetical bus and truck are being driven by radical Islamists.

Cripes. How did NBC and Fallon even LET somebody who wasn´t far left into the audience, much less as a guest performer?
I thought there was an ideology/stupid test required for all the late night talk shows.

Various musicians (offhand, Roger Daltrey and Eric Clapton, and certainly Ray Davies years ago) have weighed in on the question of keeping England English. Here, Morrissey (a witty and sharp curmudgeon) notes the tedious absurdity of leftists accusing anyone not in lockstep as being racist, in this case, for opposing the Islamification of the UK and mass immigration.
