President Donald Trump pardoned Army Lieutenant Michael Behenna, who was prosecuted and convicted of killing prisoner Ali Mansur Mohamed during his deployment in Iraq. Behenna was convicted in 2009 of the unpremeditated murder of Mohamed, despite his claim that he acted in self-defense after Mohamed reached for his gun. He was sentenced to 25 years in prison but was released early on parole. Trump’s pardon came just days after Oklahoma Attorney General Mike Hunter sent a letter to Trump requesting a pardon for Behenna. “Mr. Behenna’s case has attracted broad support from the military, Oklahoma elected officials, and the public,”

Truth, Justice and the American Way. Thank you President Donald J. Trump. We love you and support you as our Champion. Boganovich, Martha Stewart, George Papadopoulos, General Flynn and poor Paul Manafort should follow as soon as when politically feasible. Also, push DoD to stop playing around and bring Khalid Sheik Mohammed to his long-delayed (18 years and counting) just reward.

Long overdue, but who´s going to give him 5 years of his life back?
A pox on all who charged and convicted him.

Next he should pardon that poor sailor who went to prison for taking a photo inside a submarine. He went to prison and Illary, who mishandled 1,500 classified emails did not. (Yet)

Sick of politicians having their cake and eating it too.
If we´re at war, then say so and drop all the niceties and arcane rules of engagement.
Enemy. Dead. Simple enough.

Our military is now handcuffed by insane military lawyers. If that had been the case in WWII, we´d all be speaking German. Or dead.

Well done, President Trump! Now this young man and his family can move on and live a good life. All the best to the family and a big heartfelt thanks to the President for doing the right thing. He continues to right wrongs regardless of the political fallout that may come his way. That is a mark of a real leader.

No #9, he´s still in jail pending trial. President Trump reviewed the matter and requested a chance in custodial status but I think he´s still in jail.

This is the legacy of the Obama Military. After his purge of top-notch leadership at the midlevel, those who had little competency were elevated to implement his vision of a fundamentally changed military. It worked. Our military is still recovering from his dirty deeds. A pox on Obama for the destruction he wrought on the finest fighting force the world has ever produced.

Even under the Kenyan Klown´s rules of engagement, Behanna was innocent.
Barack, and to an extent, George W. Bush, defiled the military.

There are several more Army and Navy military unjustly accused and incarcerated enraged. In too many cases, evidence that would clear them was withheld.
In the case of Bradley Manning, the traitor, he was bailed out by obummer for real crimes divulging intel.
Justice?

I would have pardoned this brave American soldier on my second day as President. On my third day, I would have given him the Presidential Medal of Freedom!

#1, George did not want to ´offend´!!! None of us were allowed on a plane, but bin Laden´s family and other Arabs were allowed to fly out of the country.
President Trump, THANK YOU!
