Attorney George Conway, husband of White House aide Kellyanne Conway, called on Congress to remove President Donald Trump from office following the Thursday release of special counsel Robert Mueller’s report. “What the Mueller report disturbingly shows, with crystal clarity, is that today there is a cancer in the presidency: President Donald J. Trump,” Conway wrote in a Washington Post opinion-editorial. “Congress now bears the solemn constitutional duty to excise that cancer without delay.” The frequent Trump critic went on to argue that Mueller’s findings lay out how the president committed wrongdoing disqualifying him from the presidency. “The investigation that Trump tried to interfere

Controversy equals money. Like Mary Matalin and the Snakehead, money is flowing in from both sides of the Political Divide.
Probably lay in bed at night and giggle about it.

He obviously got a rush from the attention when he first said something months ago, and since his wife has been getting all kinds of attention since Trump was elected, he feels left out. Agreeing with his wife won´t get him the kind of attention he´s seeking, so he goes 180 degrees different than his wife. Since he´s married to a Trump administration employee, he gets even more attention than if he were just some ordinary person. Which he is.

The contrast between Kellyanne and George seems as stark as Mary Matalin and James Carville was (still is, but no longer in the harsh glare of the media spotlight).
Just which federal statute has Trump supposedly transgressed by being perceived as "a cancer", that give Congress this obscure "constitutional duty" to remove him?
George´s hatred of Trump seems almost as unhinged as Pelosi´s, even taking as a given that his portrayal by the new media (incl. Breitbart, GP, AspenTimes, et al) is as uncharitable as possible.

I look at it quite differently. People keep asking why she puts up with George Conway? Because she accepted his hand in marriage. I guess I don´t understand why she remains a White House aide. I hope Donald Trump is very careful with sharing information with her.

Me thinks this is a mentally ill guy who is jealous that his wife spends more time with Trump than she does with him. He also has a self image problem and maybe an inferiority complex and needs media attention to find his self worth.

There has to be a money angle somewhere. He´s probably trying to get a job on CNN or he´s being paid by a Soros group. Probably the latter.

It is so surprising that the husband of the person who questioned Trump´s business ethics and transparency and called for him to release his tax returns and claimed he built a lot of his businesses on the backs of the little guy and didn´t pay his contractors and accused him of saying things that aren´t true and indicted his rhetoric as being "unfortunate for children" would not be a Trump fanboy.
As much of a human dung beetle as this cat seems to be, he is, at least, consistent and true to his convictions.
But yay Kellyanne.

Trying to hurt his wife. God bless Kellyanne for putting up with him. Another way she is an example to us all. He is trying to tarnish her star and as far as I am concerned he is burnishing it. I know everybody is going to jump in and instruct her to divorce but what I say is, on top of her other accomplishments why not be a saint too?

It´s time that this sicko gets put away! Every time he opens that big ugly mouth of his he demonstrates that this ´lawyer´ does not get his facts straight. This disgusting excuse for a male is so eaten up with envy at his wife´s success, that he cannot see or think straight. What decent spouse does this to their spouse publicly? Even Rush admits he has been baffled by it. Most husbands support and praise their wive´s success. Not the corpulent piggy named George.
The DOJ avoided a bullet when they didn´t hire him. If she doesn´t deal with this, it is only going to undermine her credibility. I find I am wondering about her judgment if she cannot deal with this creep.

It is time for what my mom said if she ever caught my dad cheating--here´s the driveway, and there are your clothes.
It´s either that for Kellyanne, or committing him involuntarily to a nice place like Carrier Clinic.
And about the family--it doesn´t set the right tone to the children if you allow yourself, as the mother, to be publicly shamed nor to have someone obviously unstable around the house.
FYI, my father never strayed, and my mom stood by him during six years of illness (cancer) which took his life as a relatively young man.

Oh yes, Kellyanne, if he is mentally unstable or potentially violent, self-or otherwise, you´re not doing yourself, your family, or him any favors in propping him up. If so, take out an order of protection. If he´s under psychiatric treatment, you could disclose and people would understand.
I believe if you told your boss the same, he´d understand. I suspect he knows already and she held back on any actions such as these basically to protect him.

Kellyanne is likely working 80+ hours a week. This is a plum job for her, but someone has to look after the kids. Georgy Porgy was formerly a rather high-flying Washington lawyer; the two of them are worth several $million. I wonder who´s looking after their three kids?
