A federal judge ordered the Trump administration to stop its new policy of sending asylum-seekers who jumped the border back to Mexico to wait while their cases proceed, ruling Monday that the plan was likely illegal. Known informally as the “wait-in-Mexico policy,” and officially as the Migrant Protection Protocols, the plan was a major part of the administration’s moves to try to stem the flow of immigrants crossing into the U.S. illegally. Judge Richard Seeborg, an Obama appointee to the bench, said not only does the policy violate immigration law, but Mexico is so dangerous that making asylum-seekers

I think I could make the case that every illegal alien that crosses our southern border can be legally returned to Mexico, as legally every person who enters through Mexico´s southern border is a Mexican asylee, as they are supposed to seek asylum in the first safe country they enter.

So, a citizen of a sovereign nation, currently in a second sovereign nation is already subject to a US judge telling him when he/she is now under US jurisdiction?
Doesn´t sound like any sound judicial knowledge to me.

If this politically based court ruling that defies common sense is upheld by the US Supreme Court, there is no reason for the USA to maintain any sort of borderline between the USA and Mexico, as all intending illegal aliens from all over the world can simply walk across, say they wish to apply for asylum in the USA, and have the right to walk into the USA by the millions and stay, until they are individually afforded asylum hearings and appeals up through the immigration and federal courts all the way up to the Supreme Court, a complicated legal process that takes years for just one case to clear, so millions of such individual asylum cases going through such a complicated legal process is a physical impossibility.
What is happening along the borderline is all on the Uniparty Congress and what we are now watching is one man, President Trump, battling that politically corrupt “system” that he was elected to change. It is going to get a lot worse along the borderline before it gets better, but remember there are powerful political interests in the USA and abroad that want to use mass uncontrolled illegal immigration to permanently change the USA national voter demographics to the Democrat socialists great favor in the future, by flooding the country with poor, uneducated, and socialist oriented foreigners who the Democrats want to legalize and eventually grant US voting rights to transform the USA into a socialist utopia. Remember also that the duplicitous and wimpy Republicans who don’t have a clue, for cheap foreign labor purposes, had a hand in facilitating the Democrats being able to place the killer loopholes in the asylum and immigration laws..

Why do these judges have to be obeyed? Where in our history, have this happened? If Trump says “go back to Mexico,” and none of the federal employees are obligated to follow his orders, because of a loopy judge?

How can he tell Mexico what to do? By law if you are seeking asylum you must seek it in the first sovereign country you enter.

So any traffic court judge can overrule the US Supreme Court and the Constitution. The Supreme Court needs to get off their Arses and make an emergency ruling on these useless idiots. This is treason on the USA.

Seriously, it’s time to declare war on Mexico and invade that crap hole. Our Marines have been to the “Halls of Montezuma” before and I’m sure wouldn’t mind adding another verse to their Hymn.

"... Mexico is so dangerous that making asylum-seekers wait there — even if they’re not from Mexico — is untenable."
The public has to stop buying this nonsense.
It is just a manipulation.
The world is dangerous place.

And the point remains.
Are they really safer?
Or are they just being abused by

Ignore the Judge and continue the practice. How will he enforce it? Not only that. Follow Eisenhower´s precedent and remove these illegal interlopers to the Southernmost point possible of the Country they came from.
If the SCOTUS can make the time, they can rule on it. If they don´t let us protect our borders let the Revolution begin now. This frog can tell the water is getting warmer!

FTA: "ruling Monday that the plan was likely illegal." Key word is "likely" - since when does likely become "is"? Is that the BJC defense? Madness within the robes.

According to Bush justice Judas Roberts, there´s no such thing as an Obama judge, and yet predictably they rule against the interests of the USA. Here, the Obama judge says Mexico is too dangerous a place for "migrants" to tarry while awaiting their golden ticket, never mind that they successfully crossed the entire country to get to our imaginary border.
