On April 3, a 51-year-old woman was murdered by a man wielding a hammer as she exited a Chevron gas station in Ft. Myers, Florida. The attack was captured on video, and from the video, it appears that the woman didn’t realize until the last second what was happening. It was too unexpected. The victim had undoubtedly exited that gas station, where she reportedly worked as a clerk, dozens if not hundreds of times before and felt secure.
