Things are getting interesting when it comes to how the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) may go about finding and prosecuting the agitators involved in Sunday's ambush at Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon made some media appearances Monday to set the record straight on actions being taken by the Trump DOJ to determine if laws were broken by the ambushers, including former CNN host Don Lemon, and, if so, how the government might move ahead with charges.
For starters, Dhillon put the ambushers on notice that anyone who "paid for, coordinated, or participated in this attack made a big—BIG—mistake."

While anti-ICE leftists may get a pass for their crazed behavior in blue states, Florida is vowing to make an example of them.
In Florida, a woman identified as Jennifer Cruz was arrested for allegedly punching a trooper in the face during an immigration law enforcement operation. Instead of treating her with kid gloves, Cruz found out first-hand that the rules are a whole lot different in the Sunshine State. She could also be seen in dashcam footage kicking out at another officer before he was forcefully introduced to the hood of a squad car, all while smiling.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) revealed that Democrats would “restore most of the cuts” that the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) had made.
While taking part in a discussion at the Center for American Progress, Schumer received a question about what he “can do about bringing” the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) back, after DOGE came in and made cuts.
“If you look at the budget actually, we’re working on right now — and we’ll have the T-HUD budget, you know, transportation and HUD budget, we restore most of the cuts and even go higher than previous years on many of the programs that DOGE slashed,” Schumer responded.

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) vowed that if elected to be the next governor of California, he would take away driver’s licenses from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.
While speaking at an event by the Empowerment Congress, Swalwell was asked about his plan to “protect” people in the state from ICE agents, according to Mediaite.
Swalwell explained that he would “direct law enforcement” officials to use “every power to prosecute” ICE officials for “battery, false imprisonment, and murder,” according to the outlet.
“They’re gonna lose their immunity,” Swalwell said. “They’re not going to be able to drive, I will take your driver’s license. Good luck walking to work, a**holes.”

RINO Congressman Don Bacon (R-NE) floated the idea of impeaching President Trump if he invades Greenland.
“I would lean that way,” he said of supporting an impeachment over Greenland. “The off-ramp is realizing Republicans aren’t going to tolerate this and he’s going to have to back off. He hates being told no, but in this case, I think Republicans need to be firm.”
Bacon announced his retirement from Congress last July, and he’s eying impeachment as his final act.
Bacon also co-sponsored a bill with Democrats to curb Trump’s power and prevent a military invasion of Greenland, which Trump has not expressed plans for.

Left wing podcaster Jennifer Welch recently spoke with former CNN hack Jim Acosta and provided a preview of what Democrats will do if and when they retake power.
Welch has not given up on the far left dream of prosecuting and jailing President Trump. She thinks the same should happen to Elon Musk and various other people in their orbit.
She is predicting a vicious future, in which Democrats get Trump and others to ‘admit their crimes’ and pay a price for them so that the country can ‘reconcile.’

An Orange County man was arrested on a federal criminal complaint alleging that he posted on Instagram death threats against Vice President JD Vance during his visit to Disneyland Resort last year.
Marco Antonio Aguayo, 22, of Anaheim, is charged with threats against the President and successors to the Presidency.
He is expected to make his initial appearance on Tuesday in United States District Court in Santa Ana.
“This case is a horrific reminder of the dangers public officials face from deranged criminals who would do them harm,” said Attorney General Pamela Bondi. “I am grateful that my friend Vice President Vance and his family are safe,

On Tuesday, the president of the Oglala Sioux Tribe in South Dakota, Frank Star Comes Out, made headlines by claiming that four members of his tribe were unlawfully detained by ICE and calling for their immediate release. He also claimed that the federal government tried to force him to “enter into an immigration agreement with ICE.”
To coin a phrase, "That's not entirely accurate."
Mr. Star Comes Out apparently felt that Native Americans were being left out of all the victimization of oppressed minorities in Minnesota and decided to shoulder his way onto the stage.

A federal judge in Minnesota just handed down an 83-page order that perfectly illustrates how the left weaponizes language to protect lawbreakers. As PJ Media previously reported, U.S. District Judge Katherine Menendez, a Biden nominee, issued sweeping restrictions Friday on how federal immigration agents can handle what she calls "peaceful protests" in Minneapolis.
The order blocks agents from using pepper spray, making arrests, or deploying other crowd-control tools against protesters during Trump's ongoing immigration enforcement operations. Federal law enforcement also can't stop or detain drivers and passengers near demonstrations, unless there's "reasonable articulable suspicion" they're forcibly interfering with immigration operations.
In theory, one could argue there’s nothing wrong with the order.

Trump advisor Stephen Miller appeared on Fox News, and he reminded the men and women of ICE that the administration had their back, no matter how much Democrat politicians and leftist agitators tried to attack them. (Snip) At this point, Democrats are completely off the rails. We've already seen some of the crazy comments from people like Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz.
But I guess Democrat House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (NY-08) wanted to try to challenge them for the worst possible take. This is truly insane. Democrats have lost their minds.

The Left thinks they're above the law, and Democrats in D.C. and elsewhere have encouraged their voters to take to the streets to resist ICE, often violently, as we're seeing in Minneapolis. The violence led to the death of Renee Good, who hit an ICE agent with her vehicle after stalking the law enforcement officers for most of the day, and a shooting last night. (Snip) That's a lesson Jennifer Cruz of Jacksonville is discovering. She decided to FA, and now she's FO. Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier posted a pic of Cruz being arrested after she decided to exit her vehicle and punch a Trooper in the face.

Oh no. Somebody call a therapist, a spokesperson, and maybe a safe space — wittle Zohran got so mad.
New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani is in full-blown fury mode because federal immigration authorities committed the ultimate sin in progressive politics: they enforced the law. Calmly. Quietly. Professionally. Without asking permission from City Hall or consulting the feelings of the mayor first.
The offense? A New York City Council employee — unlawfully present in the United States — was detained by federal authorities during a routine immigration appointment. Not a raid. Not a sweep. Not a door kicked in at dawn. A routine appointment.
Comments:
I sincerely hope that the DOJ is appealing this atrocity!!!
