Adevastating and chilling article, “The Lost Generation,” by Jason Savage, was recently published in Compact about systematic discrimination against white men. I refuse to use Netflex because of the Obamas. Movies are like the 300 channels on most tvs. You have to search through hundreds to find one worth seeing. 95% of what I watch are reruns of well written tv shows and old movies.

There are a plethora of alternatives to Netflix, so dropping 'wokism' was not painful in the slightest.

Entrance exams rewritten, promotional exams rewritten, Quotas set, even the residences changed to promote the acceptance of blacks over white. The war on white men started years ago, and it goes on.

They praise the success of the Disney Writing Program but the quality of the movies that Disney has put out in the last fifteen years certainly reveals their dedication to wokism. A black Little Mermaid and Snow White is an insult to all of their viewers. That's the type of fare they dish out when they are not beating Star Wars to death. The theme parks and cruises are equally disgusting.

Why pick on just Netflix? The entire entertainment industry is stuck on stupid DEI including the advertising industry. Especially the advertising industry.

Dumped them when they started listing more left and woke but it was only partly because of that. We found ourselves watching very little movie content and those monthly fees add up. A couple of charities, a couple of web sites. I still keep Amazon Prime plus I like the free shipping. What I would actually like is a pure pay as you go access to their huge content library. See a movie you want to watch, pay the one-time ticket price and enjoy.the show. We are unlikely to see that as I am sure that's not the business model that they want.

went to take some cookies to a neighbor on Christmas day. He was watching Netflix. I saw a lot of blacks and a few whites but I saw no other races. There were a few women and some comical cross dressers but I doubt they were actually trans. The dialog was politically correct.I vaguely recognized the programming as a poor reproduction of what I used to enjoy watching decades ago.

Charlie Kirk was a one-off, it seems. His assassination and the turning over of TPUSA to his wife Erika may prove that his legacy handoff is more than she is able to effectively manage. So much of what I saw at this week’s Am Fest triggered by Tucker Carlson (and Jack Posobiec’s cosplaying Jesus Christ Superstar while posting with a disgusting anti-Semite) undercuts -- indeed denigrates -- what Charlie and TPUSA once stood for. While Vice President J.D. Vance used his opportunity there to respond to groyper Nick Fuentes’ attacks on his charming wife Usha,

Russian President Vladimir Putin had a very merry Christmas. That is if you believe murdering Ukrainian civilians is a way to spend a holy day. Five more were killed Christmas Day. Boxing Day was no different. In Kharkiv, two people were killed and three more injured. One of the badly wounded — only hours after celebrating her first Yuletide — was a 9-month-old girl. Putin has now murdered more than 677 Ukrainian children and wounded another 2,310, per Ukraine’s prosecutor-general office. Need perspective? That’s the equivalent of six-plus average American elementary schools.

Isn't it amazing how many people come to Congress having only modest means, and suddenly, once elected, grow rich? Case in point: Democratic Representative Ilhan Omar (MN-05), whose district encompasses a good slice of Minneapolis, that Mogadishu of the Midwest. She came to the office, reports have it, nearly broke. Today, she reportedly has a net worth of over $30 million. And her husband's venture capital firm has seen a sudden skyrocket to success. Now, though, as attention is focusing on this mysterious success, it seems that Omar's husband, Tim Mynett, and his company, Rose Lake Capital, are under scrutiny - and they are hurrying to scrub their books.

Iran’s president declared they were in a “total war” with the US, Israel and Europe, just as Tehran looks to rebuild its nuclear capabilities and strengthen ties with Hamas. Masoud Pezeshkian made the bold statement in an interview published in state media Saturday, Barron’s reported. “In my opinion, we are at total war with the United States, Israel and Europe. They want to bring our country to its knees,” Pezeshkian said. This war is worse than the one launched against us by Iraq. On closer inspection, it is far more complex and difficult,” he said, in reference to the 1980-88 war with Iran’s western neighbor.

A key GOP senator is expressing optimism that Republicans and Democrats will agree to a deal that would extend expiring health care subsidies, but the effort faces an uphill climb in winning the backing of leaders in both parties. Without a deal, health insurance premiums are projected to spike by double digits next month, yet Senate leaders John Thune (R-S.D.) and Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) each have reasons to shy away from backing a bipartisan deal. At the same time, failure to pass a bipartisan deal to rein in rising premiums could set the stage for another government -

Patel first made this announcement in May during an interview on Fox News' Sunday Morning Futures program with Maria Bartiromo. Since Congress holds the power of the purse to designate what happens with federal buildings, Patel cleared the proper channels in order to finally execute his plan. The Hoover Building has been a money-suck since its inception. Original construction was planned to be set in 1963 for an estimated $60 million. The construction wasn't completed until over 10 years later, to the tune of $126 million.

"There’s no one here," Shirley says in the video. At one point, he and another man approach the building, prompting a woman there to shout to others, "Don’t open up. It’s ICE." "Go away. The US Department of State, under the direction of Marco Rubio, has taken a rare and decisive step against European political figures accused of acting against American interests, barring several prominent individuals who’ve sought to censor free and open dialogue on American platforms. The bold move signals a sharp and definitive break from years of deference—and even subservience—to Brussels’ ever-increasing, draconian regulatory ambitions. Secretary of State Marco Rubio rightly framed the action as a defense of American free speech against what he described as organized, ideological pressure from abroad. He made it crystal clear that the era of tolerating overseas attempts to silence U.S. voices and American positions is over.

In 1988, if you had told anyone that the Soviet Union would cease to exist just four years later, you would have been dismissed as a crank. The institutions looked solid, the bureaucracy entrenched, and the power absolute. Yet by 1992, it was history. Today, European politicians in Brussels, Berlin, and Paris suffer from the same dangerous optimism. They believe they are so safely ensconced in their institutional frameworks that public anger can never truly throw them out of the saddle. But looking at the trajectory of the European Union, I believe we are closer to a revolutionary moment than the elites dare to imagine. We often hear comparisons to the 1930s,

With the arrest of Nick Reiner for the alleged murder of his parents, Rob Reiner and Michelle Singer, commentators have taken to simultaneously pitying the accused for his mental illness while condemning him for his evil actions. This is logically contradictory. On the one hand, if it is illness that explains why Nick Reiner committed a crime, then he cannot be held morally responsible for his actions. It is just to hold him morally responsible for his actions only if he could have chosen, on the basis of reasons, not impulses or compulsions, to have done other than what he allegedly did. If, on the other hand, we insist

While most of the world celebrated the release of the last Israeli hostages this October—and listened in horror to the victims’ stories of torment in Gaza’s underground tunnels—Amanpour took a moment to give Hamas kudos for its treatment of the captives. Colorado is a much different place from when I grew up in Colorado Springs in the 60s. That was before the Eisenhower Tunnel on I-70 was drilled under 11,990’ Loveland Pass. It was before the gondola at Aspen and it was before Snowmass was founded. Vail Pass was a treacherous gravel road, and the town of Vail did not exist. It was wonderful.
