Imagine sending your seventh-grader off to school one morning, believing that the adults in the room will protect their innocence. Now imagine that same child coming home shaken because their teacher selected and projected graphic sexual images onto the classroom Smart Board, images so explicit that even the teacher admitted, on the spot, that “some of them were inappropriate.” That is exactly what happened to our clients, Stephanie and Jessy, after their middle school children walked into Ms. Bridgette Gates’ art class, and it’s why the ACLJ has launched a federal lawsuitagainst the Watertown City School District – the district that employs Ms. Gates.

They’ve suspended or disregarded elections. Not satisfied with stealing the country’s riches, the looters have also entered the drug business to support their palatial lives. The regime operates in league with Russia, China, Iran and North Korea – not exactly upstanding citizens of the international community – whose main interests are in simply disrupting South America, along with sharing in the natural resource spoils.

The toy department decorations are a Winter Wonderland for little kids. That’s why countless families, New Yorkers and tourists alike, have sparkly memories and the pictures to go with them from the “Miracle on 34th Street” store. Anyone who has stood on line for Santa with kids in strollers or a baby in a carrier felt extra horrified to hear that a mom changing her infant daughter’s diaper was stabbed multiple times by a mentally ill homeless person in the rest room at Macy’s.

Democrats have chosen to make “affordability” their theme for the 2026 midterm elections. This is ironic, since the big jump in the cost of living, around 10%, happened during the Biden administration and was the direct result of Biden administration policies. Nothing much has happened since Donald Trump took office 11 months ago; price increases have been modest, in keeping with historic levels. Some prices, like gasoline, have fallen. The problem is the big decline in the purchasing power of the dollar that we saw under Joe Biden. Energy prices are a key element in the cost of living, since they affect the price of everything else.
