Emmy-winning investigative journalist Catherine Herridge responded to a potential bombshell announcement from FBI Director Kash Patel about Chinese interference in the 2020 election to make it clear that the media was aware of the allegations. “The FBI has located documents which detail alarming allegations related to the 2020 U.S. election, including allegations of interference by the CCP,” Patel posted Monday on X. The Chinese Communist Party allegedly manufactured fake driver’s licenses in a scheme to exploit mail-in ballots and boost Joe Biden’s chances in the 2020 presidential election, according to the director. Herridge produced receipts showing that then-DNI Director John Ratcliffe, currently the director of the CIA,

I think most of here knew that the election was stolen but I didn't realize that the CCP was involved to that magnitude. Makes sense though. They wanted to keep their doddering patsy in the WH and let their agents in the administration and deep state continue with their destruction of our country.

Does this mean Jim Jordan will have to issue another strongly worded letter? Will John Kennedy have to make another cutsie video insulting Pelosi, Schumer and the dems? Will poor Ms. Bondi have to drag herself onto FOX television and tell us how everyone will be prosecuted because no one is above the law? I've been seeing this justice farce for the last 100 days. I haven't seen a single dem in an orange jump suit going to jail. I want to see some SWAT teams breaking down some democrats doors, with a FOX News team on sight to record it!

Dems’ knickers in a twist over JD Vance

Democrats lost their minds over an apparent slip-up by Vice President JD Vance, who during his Friday visit to Los Angeles, referred to Sen. Alex Padilla (D-Calif.) as “Jose Padilla” in remarks to reporters. While he was discussing the anti-ICE riots, the vice president referred to Padilla’s stunt of showing up at DHS Secretary Kristi Noem’s press conference in LA and “lunging” at her in a deranged manner, a move that ended up with him being forcibly removed from the room and handcuffed just like any non-senator would be if they acted the same way. “I was hoping Jose Padilla would be here to ask a question.

This story originally appeared on VigilantFox.com and was republished with permission. Bill Maher just got steamrolled on his own show. For years, he’s called January 6 an “insurrection” without pushback. But not this time. Rep. Wesley Hunt came locked and loaded. Maher called Trump’s military parade “vaguely fascist.” What happened next was glorious. Hunt unleashed his military pride and made Maher eat his own words. By the end, Maher had no choice but to back down… and thank Hunt for his service. It’s one of those moments you’ll want to watch again and again. In case you weren’t aware, Rep. The federal judge overseeing Gavin Newsom's lawsuit attempting to wrest control of the California Army National Guard from President Trump reacted to his repudiation by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in the most progressive way possible; he ignored his loss and rebooted the case to contain an issue that Newsom did not initially argue. Judge Charles Breyer, a Clinton appointee, blithely shook off a three-judge panel of the Ninth Circuit, essentially laughing his opinion out of court, and ordered Newsom and the Trump administration to present briefings on Monday on whether he has jurisdiction to determine if the Posse Comitatus Act has been violated.

After the first “No Kings” protests fell flat and failed to gain traction, organizers are doubling down with plans for a second demonstration. The protests are scheduled for July 4th, as anti-ICE activists once again aim to disrupt America’s Independence Day celebrations and advance their agenda. The first demonstrations occurred earlier this month during President Donald Trump’s 250th celebration of the U.S. Army. On Friday, 30-year-old Gabriel Hurtado-Cariaco, a citizen of Venezuela residing illegally in Bellevue, Nebraska, was charged by criminal complaint with one count of attempted murder of a federal officer. Homeland Security and FBI agents, acting on an active immigration-related warrant, located the illegal immigrant near his home in Sarpy County.
