When New York Attorney General Letitia James managed to secure a guilty verdict against then-candidate Donald Trump in February of 2024 for allegedly inflating the value of the Trump Organization to secure better terms for loans, she wanted to let everyone know that — despite the fact it was a flimsy case against one of her personal enemies brought in a jurisdiction that would hold the Republican frontrunner guilty for killing Jimmy Hoffa and Julius Caesar — she wasn’t targeting him.

LeTitties James, financial crimes perp. Has a ring to it. So very Dim- getting all holier than thou going after other people for the same stuff you do. Just like Kamel A Hairass giggling about locking up people for weed while she's gettin' HIGH.
Being Dim requires a lot of head banging while asking "what's that sound?"
No Mr. President, I'm not tired of winning.

Letitia forgot an important rule. When you attack the king, you must kill him.
Long live the king.

You really have to ask. how STUPID and ARROGANT does someone have to be to break the law in a way that you have danced all over the front pages declaring is ILLEGAL and WRONG enough that it is worth taking a former President to court in a VERY PUBLIC show trial. Plus, it is pretty clear that what Trump did is not illegal but instead is common practice. The lenders publicly testified they they were NOT cheated. So, while there might be a victim in SOME case like this, in THIS case, there was NO victim.
Now, on the other hand. Tish signed documents that stated she was going to be a resident when she could not be and keep her state job in New York. In doing so she received favorable loan rates. This definitely IS fraud and by her own definition was NOT victimless. She cannot plead ignorance. She is a lawyer who just made a BIG, MESSY case of this type of issue. She even pushed for insane fines for doing this kind of thing.
Can you feel this case breathing down your neck Tish? Can you sense the impact of really big fines on your lifestyle? Do you have a clue as to how stupid you have been? Can you hear us laughing at you?

In Michigan there are tax advantages on primary vs secondary homes. Were there tax advantages obtained by Mx. James in these matters? They got Al Capone on tax law, didn't they?

#6, asks how. The answer is that she thought her sex and melanin content made her bulletproof. She should ask Marilyn Mosby how that worked out. Mosby was convicted of the same crime - mortgage fraud.

There is a difference between ove valuing your property, where the loaner will perform inspections and do their own evaluation, and what she did. What Trump did is standard operating procedures in real-estate. What she did was to lie for better loan terms and property taxes.

THIS is so, so wonderful. It harkens back to the rotten corrupt black prosecutor (persecutor) in Baltimore who went after a group of six or seven Baltimore police officers, charging them with intentionally harming a criminal who was injured when riding ALONE in the back of the paddy wagon. The officers were both black and white, the 'victim' (Freddie Gray) was black, and known to previously harm himself to get 'police brutality' charges laid against officers. This prosecutor, Marilyn Mosby, lost ALL the cases against the police officers, but put them through months and years of hellish, extremely expensive legal trauma.
And....later Mosby was convicted of mortgage fraud and COVID money fraud herself. She also was accused of not paying three years of federal taxes on some rental property. I believe she was guilty on all charges.
Let's hope that this rotten James woman goes down that same path to self destruction.
