This judge needs to be asked a simple question. Is the 1798 act still the law of the land? Then the judgement of whether it applies or not should be left to the elected Chief Executive, who may be overturned ONLY by 5/9 justices of the Supreme Court.

This judge, nor any federal judge, has any standing to tell the executive branch what they can and cannot do, according to the US Constitution. While this case is being litigated, load the illegals onboard a Navy ship and transport them home. I'm sure there's lots of room in the brig, especially if they are crammed into the cells.

By assuming powers that are clearly not theirs, these district judges are creating a Constitutional crisis. I suggest that the President ignore all of these unconstitutional edicts until either 1. the Supreme Court restrains these tyrant judges 2. Congress impeaches all of these judges 3. Congress impeaches him (The President).

I speculate that the activist judges opposing Trump on immigration issues like this (and the 79% of Americans who think illegals should be deported) will cite the unproven notion that the US Constitution is a "living" document, and therefore, subject to rather broad interpretation and application (meaning, it says what the judge says it says). I ain't buyin it.

W originally appointed Boasberg to the DC Superior Court in 2002. Obie then appointed Boasberg to the DC District Court in 2010. The Senate confirmed him by a 96 - 0 vote. Good work, pubbies.

I think a lot of people are chomping at the bit for the Kennedy and Epstein files. So when "Full Measure" host Sharyl Attkisson interviewed President Donald Trump, she knew she had to ask that question. Bondi said she hadn't been provided all the Epstein files from the NY FBI field office when there was a big controversy about releasing old, incomplete information. But then she demanded they turn over the rest of it. The last word was that they'd turned over a "truckload of information" that she believed was all the information on March 3.

We are in what may best be described as a swarm of Federal Judges vying for the title of the most audacious giver of laws violating the President’s Article II executive powers under the Constitution and the one whose audacity will get his or her ruling to the Supreme Court first.
