Dick Cheney did it. Arnold Schwarzenegger did it. Adam Kinzinger did it, of course. So did Jeff Flake. Mike Pence walked right up to the edge but ultimately declined to take the plunge, but even George W. Bush’s daughter, Barbara Pierce Bush, and Dick Cheney’s notorious daughter Liz (that is, former Rep. Liz Cheney, R-Jan. 6) jumped right in. And now Liz Cheney is calling upon the biggest prize of all, former President George W. Bush, to join the party for the uniparty and endorse Kamala Harris for president.
Fox News reported late Friday night that Liz made her plea on The New Yorker Radio Hour,

Who listens to W anymore? An endorsement from him will not help MattressBack. It will remind conservatives who stabbed us in the back and dragged us through 2 wars.

The Dims thought he was Bush-Hitler-Shrub, the war criminal profiteer. Now he's their good friend.
Obviously the guy has no place in the republican party. But he's not quite the "man without a party" but I guess he would be if he endorses Kackles McKneepads and Tampon Tim.
Tune in to see if he steps back from the ledge.

My sister and I went all-in for Dubya back in the day and no regrets. I hope GWB won't make a big mistake by drinking the current Kool Aid concoction. He was the Man for His Time when he served.

Remember the universal comeback when you asked a question about W? "Bush is dumb" was all they could answer. We'll soon find out.
BTW...Where has his "girlfriend" that Code Pink chick been hiding herself?

It doesn't matter - the Bushes, Cheneys, and the rest of the Uniparty RINO Republicans are dead to me (and probably a lot of other republicans). The major value of President Trump is that he exposed them to sunlight, and they'll never have the influence they had before.

Like #3 I don't retract my support for GWB back when he was president. He was indeed the right president for that time (the alternative was Al Gore, lest anyone forget).
GWB has sorely disappointed me since, but despite the left making great hoopla over Liz "urging" Bush to endorse Quemala, he hasn't done so that I've read.
I 'urge" Liz and the drooling media to jump in the Pacific and swim to China.

Apologies for the second post, but I suspect GWB, Pence and a few others are "keeping their powder dry" for 2028, in hopes that they can retake the Republican party once Trump leaves the stage. They're being optimistic because we all know them for what they are.

What would he gain by listening to Lizzard Lips? I'm sure there are old fashioned Republicans who still like the Bush clan. They would be perturbed. And if Kamel-Lot won, her term would quickly become an embarrassment to any supporters.

How much does 'W' stand for 'Woke'? Lizzie has dedicated her life to the run of another. The stuff of a shriveled soul.

It’s one thing to turn against a political party. Liz Cheney is obsessed and I truly think she is mentally ill.

I wonder if Dick Cheney really did endorse Kamala. I’ve only seen statements to that affect, but no actual video. Maybe I missed it. Also, what kind of shape is he in? Is he like Biden,or worse?

Not surprising as Bush was a wimpy liberal Republican when in office, who listened to VP Cheney and the Neo-Cons to start two Middle East conventional wars when effective actions against the Islamist terrorists could have been taken covertly by special operations forces. If Bush has smartened up he will stay out of interfering in the upcoming election by siding with the leftist and progressive Democrats.

I like others were relieved that W was president when he needed to be. If Gore had been president we would be in somewhat worse shape today. That said, I am thoroughly, thoroughly crestfallen with W since he left office. His continued silence on the law fare against Trump, his half hearted comment on the wounding of Trump in his first assassination attempt, (I don't recall he made any kind of reference to the second attempt) and now his utter silence on this election, speaks volumes AGAINST Trump. He might as well go ahead and have the balls (which he doesn't) to endorse Kamala. His daughter is working for Kamala. And really Barbara, who the hell do you think contributed to your dad's campaigns? Who the hell do you think supported your dad when BDS (Bush Derangement Syndrome) infected this country and the press that your sister works for? And who the hell do you think defended you and your sister when the press came after you? The answer is we Trump supporters. And now you and your family not only denigrate Trump, but we his supporters. You people are pathetic.

Hey Liz, when did Bush II ever stick his neck out for anything? This is the guy that never lifted a finger to ever defend himself. He's not going to do anything. Not his style.

ALL of those endorsements and $6.75 will buy you a cup of coffee at Starbucks. Maybe. I don't use Starbucks so maybe I should use them as a comparison.

This will be too far down the bottom of comments for many to read, but if # 4 happens to be checking back, what is the 'girlfriend' you talk about? I personally feel W stabbed all of us in the back. Can't believe I was so gullible.

#4 is probably referring to Cindy Sheehan, who camped out a stone's throw from Bush's ranch in TX protesting the Iraq war. She got tremendous media attention. Last I heard she was on the far Left but was surprisingly a critic of COVID restrictions and the lockdowns.
