The Biden regime is already putting in place plans to stop President Donald Trump from firing members of the deep state should he take back the White House this November.
The Office of Personnel Management, the principal agency overseeing federal government employees, has introduced guidelines preventing career civil servants from being reassigned as political appointees who can be terminated more swiftly from their positions.
This move is a response to Trump’s ‘Schedule F’ directive in 2020, which sought to reclassify the role of tens of thousands of federal employees,

Some random agency that reports to the president and exists at his whim does not control him.
This is ridiculously dumb.

I suggest that thousands of Street Sweeper positions come open, and they accept the transfer, or quit...

There's no "rule" or "guideline" that bureaucrats can craft that can't be nullified by their new boss. They can do all kinds of job protection they want, but it can be avoided by simply announcing that the various departments of the Federal government are moving their operations to any number of "flyover country beauty spots," such as, Fargo, North Dakota, Amarillo, Texas, or Garden City, Kansas. Those "semi-permanent" Democrat bureaucrats will be like a horde of rats leaving a sinking ship.

Not Constitutional.
That said, if it is, they can still be reassigned to Ice Station Zebra in Greenland. Set up a tent city for them. Enjoy the winter.

Guidelines aren't laws and what one president puts in place another president can remove.
The problem and the cure are funding. Agencies, offices, individuals who get budgets renewed - and usually increased - year after year have the oxygen of cash to engage in their slimy activities.
Sack the lot.

Democrat rules and regulations are, apparently, forever. Republican policies are only temporary and last until a dem can void it. At least, that's what I keep seeing!

There is more than one way to expunge the Deep State.

Then 45 will just shut down the agency and let the bureaucrats fend for themselves. Makes sense. The entire Dept of Education gone in 60 seconds. One can wish.

Regulations can be rewritten very quickly and easily, mean essentially nothing.
Like cardboard armor against bullets, stupid and irrelevant.

Trump doesn't need to fire everyone. Simply but drastically cut the bureaucracy budgets which America desperately needs in order to reduce the federal deficit. Let 'em work for peanuts - they'll leave willingly.

I hope Biden wrote that rule on thin paper maybe Trump can use it in the white House bathroom when he changes the rule.

Anything that Biden mucks up, Trump can fix and We the People give him permission to erase anything and everything that Turniphead has done. Congress, we dare you to disagree.

I hope President Trump ignores this but keeps a close eye on it.
They are likely looking to force him to react and say something "nasty" that they'll use in the upcoming election.
Don't let them have their way.

Transfer them all to the Federal Prison System. And require them to work and live onsite.
