Special Counsel Account of Biden’s Mental
Decline Is Frightening

Original Article

Posted By: Judy W., 2/9/2024 7:06:43 AM

President Biden couldn’t even remember when he was vice president or when his son Beau had died, leading special counsel Robert Hur to conclude that he could not bring charges for mishandling of classified documents, because a jury would see the president “as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.” In a report, Robert Hur concluded that Biden “willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen.” But he declined to issue any charges, in part because Biden’s poor recollection would make him hard to convict.

Comments:

No amount of drugs or whisperings in his earbud could make Biden a viable debater during a campaign. So look out for a new excuse for lockdowns so that he can "campaign" from his basement.

First, he should have been prosecuted, since he willfully took classified documents. If found guilty of the possession, then during the punishment phase of the court proceedings his mental state should have come into play, not before the indictment...

It's not frightening if you were aware of Biden's mental condition for the past three years, it's just disgusting. In order for Obama's puppet manipulations to work, Joe had to at least have been a functioning puppet, not like Jeff Dunham's dead terrorist puppet, Achmed, that keeps falling apart.

The dem machine is finished with Biden. Notice this was dropped on a Thursday instead of Friday night before a holiday weekend. This was planned out and designed to maximize damage so Biden will drop out of the race. They also expect the stupid party to begin proceedings to have him removed per 25th amendment. Republicans are in on the plan hoping they can also use the 25th amendment against Trump in the future if needed.

Hur's copout is similar to Comey's with Hillary: Comey: no prosecutor would bring this case; Hur: no jury would convict. Both of these guys made premature judgments rather than letting the cases play out in courts., both played God. What were they afraid of?

The fact that his handlers were able to steal the election and successfully defend the theft in front pf Congress and the courts is far more frightening. The slight of hand of stopping counting in six states at the precise same instant and then resuming four hours later with Biden magically in the lead is impressive and scary. Let us concentrate on that. Joe's dementia is old hat.

in reality this should have been a complete and highly detrimental report of his handling and possession of the documents but they protected him with the jim comey defense and whitewashed it with this mental competency baloney - it's prima facie that he had the documents and was not permitted / authorized to have them so the obvious conclusion to anyone not a demcommie is that he must be held legally responsible for the crime affecting our national security - this guy has been a blow hard all his life and has had so many protectors they could fill the Rose Bowl so - the only conclusion is to charge him, prosecute him and lock him up for his remaining days as an oxygen thief and earthly inhabitant

This is no laughing matter. It's shocking that the Democrats have created this fraud and massive national security threat. The country is in mortal danger. Enemy combatants almost certainly must have been pouring across our border for years and have been distributed to every corner of the country at our expense! There has been plenty of time to identify, scout, and plan exactly what targets to hit for maximum destructive value to life and vital infrastructure. It will not take missiles, nukes, or technologically sophisticated weapons to inflict millions of deaths through well-targeted destruction of our energy grid, gasoline refineries, bridges, food supply chain, and highways. What the hell is Congress smoking not to comprehend this?! Why are our Joint Chiefs of Staff not being court-martialed for dereliction of duty?!

This week we saw the Supreme Court Judges, in deciding whether President Trump was fairly kept off the voting ballot in one State, put aside their political differences and address the matter on the law, not politics. Why can't out politicians do the same? Decide if Biden is is either a senile old man, unfit to serve aa President, or a traitorous crook, a danger to our country either way. On Monday, I journeyed from Israel to Brussels for the two-day National Conservatism conference where I was due to speak this morning. I travelled from one war zone. I hadn’t expected to be entering another. National Conservatism, a movement underpinned by the thinking of the Israeli-American philosopher Yoram Hazony, promotes the nation state and the defence of its historic values against the nihilism of the post-moral, anti-western and anti-human ideologies that pass for much progressive thinking. This mainstream position is denounced as “far right” by left-wingers who use this smear to denounce anyone who dares oppose their agenda of destroying the western nation and its historic culture and values.

Soon the government might shut down your car. President Joe Biden's new infrastructure gives bureaucrats that power. You probably didn't hear about that because when media covered it, few mentioned the requirement that by 2026, every American car must "monitor" the driver, determine if he is impaired and, if so, "limit vehicle operation." Rep. Thomas Massie objected, complaining that the law makes government "judge, jury and executioner on such a fundamental right!" Congress approved the law anyway. A USA Today "fact check" told readers, don't worry, "There's no kill switch in Biden's bill." (Snip) The clause is buried under Section 24220 of the law.

After having two venues cancel on us at the last minute, under pressure by both the mayor of Brussels, and two district mayors, police entered the Claridge event space with the intention of shutting
