Joe Biden threw a tantrum during a private meeting with Democrats after Special Counsel Robert Hur’s report criticized him for his poor memory.
Joe Biden STOLE SCIF-designated classified documents and improperly stored them at the Penn Biden Center, his Delaware garage, his Virginia home, and his lawyer’s Boston office. (Photos) Hur found that Joe Biden “willfully retained” classified information, however, he decided not to charge him. Hur said there is evidence Biden retained classified notebooks, “knowing he was not allowed to do so.”

OK, if Senile Joe bidet insists that he is totally sane, and his being insane is the reason he is not being prosecuted, then I totally agree with Senile Joe -- so prosecute him!!!!
It won't make him anymore sane, but it hopefully will get him sent to a nice safe prison where he can't hurt himself or others, and where they can get him the help he needs!!!!!!

Having a tantrum is a sure sign that Joey has actually become senile.

The fallacious reasoning by Robert Hu is outrageous. If I committed a murder20 years ago when I was 60 and then became senile, is he saying that I would not be prosecuted for the murder because the Jury might find be to be a sympathetic character?

He can't remember who he met yesterday. Was it Mitterrand? Was it Assisi? Was it Corleone? Was it Corn Pop? Was it Napolean? He can't remember. And he controls the nuclear football! Wow, we are in deep doo-doo. Democrats you are in deep doo-doo. Can I smell the 25th Amendment? He better be replaced. But with whom? Word salad Kammie? Again, we are in deep doo-doo.

I want harris. The democrats would be forced to nominate her. The KKK party would be in a difficult position. Not on brown's bed.

Don't forget Joe, you will also be impeached for taking bribes, your son is headed for jail, and Jill has no fashion sense. Karma is karma.

"Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh." Matthew 12:34 What's in that dark place will come out. What's in there can be hidden for only a while. I'm in agreement with those (everybody here, apparently) who think that if Brandon is, as he says, competent, then he should be prosecuted now.

Gee, and it only took 50 years for this bullying, condescending, weasel to get his comeuppance. Speaks volumes to just how crooked things are in this country. I mean, hitlary and hussein are still running around free and likely a big force behind the scenes. They may never receive their just desserts.

And there is no way of knowing how many of the documents Biden’s salesman Hunter peddled to interested foreign parties.

If Biden were to be prosecuted the trial would occur in DC, the Belly of the Beast. It would comprise nothing but sound and fury, with a foregone conclusion of utter innocence.

Do not, I repeat-DO NOT push using the 25th Amendment!!!!
Biden is able to be defeated. Who they replace him with can win over Trump.
Biden can not win. As things stand now, Trump can defeat Biden.
Leave Biden alone and let him continue to lose supporters and dig his hole deeper and deeper. Do not go after Biden on anything.
MAGA!!

So let me get this straight, under Garland's DOJ, the criteria for charging someone is whether or not that that person is a “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory" -- not the crime he has committed. So, because Trump is not a “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory" he must be charged for a non-crime that the political DOJ says is the "same crime" that Biden committed, while Biden must not be charged. Yup, that is Garlands politicized DOJ and Wray's politicized FBI.
