Special Counsel Jack Smith, in a search warrant sent to X, formerly Twitter, requested a vast swathe of information about the account of former President Donald J. Trump, as well as information on the millions of accounts that interacted with it — even those that liked a tweet by Trump in the timeframe of October 2020 to January 2021.
The heavily redacted search warrant requests a list of all users who liked or retweeted posts from Trump between October 2020 and January 2021, including “all associated logs and metadata,” which could cover location data. This extraordinarily expansive request would result in data on millions of American

President Joe Biden is hammering Republican Rep. Lauren Boebert during a trip to her home state and Colorado district, even while struggling to take down the poll numbers of her MAGA ally Donald Trump.
The president previewed his line of attack set for his trip to Pueblo, Colorado, Tuesday night during a big dollar fundraiser. He brought up her comments calling his signature infrastructure law 'garbage' and 'wasteful.'
'The congresswoman, along with every single one of her Republican colleagues, voted against the law — and then she vowed to repeal it,' said Biden. 'She called it a 'massive failure.'

Jimmy Carter arrived for the private funeral of his wife Rosalynn on Wednesday, joining his family at the Maranatha Baptist Church where they worshipped.
The former president arrived in a wheelchair, wearing a red lei around his neck. He and other family members wore necklaces made of the Hawaiian flowers to honor Rosalynn Carter's love of Hawaii, where the Carters lived when Jimmy was in the Navy.
Later in the day, Rosalynn will be buried at the modest Plains, Georgia, home she shared with husband Jimmy Carter, in view of the front porch where the two often sat.

Political hitman Jack Smith ordered Twitter-X to turn over information on President Trump’s popular Twitter account during his continued fishing expedition into President Trump.
Jack Smith and the Biden DOJ also demanded information on all Twitter-X users who retweeted President Trump, liked President Trump’s tweets, or mentioned President Trump’s account in their tweets.
Merrick Garland is going to target all of the Trump supporters in their continued witch hunt against President Donald Trump.
This is what tyranny looks like.

After “quietly” waiting for exoneration failed, Hunter Biden is now launching a “counteroffensive” as he faces the prospect of multiple criminal charges, according to an in-depth report on Tuesday.
Politico reported that for years, Biden was “told to cooperate with prosecutors and wait quietly for exoneration,” a strategy “favored by veteran Democrats.”
However, now he is “directly taking on his adversaries” — filing a barrage of lawsuits and attacking the prosecution as tainted by Republican pressure, the report said. The new strategy was seen on Tuesday as his lawyer Abbe Lowell said his client would be willing to testify in front of the House Oversight Committee

Hillary Clinton recently called for the “formal deprogramming of the MAGA cult members.” It appears that the seven years that have passed since she had to face the harsh reality that the presidency would not be delivered to her on a silver platter have only made her more hateful than she already was.
Clinton disparaging Trump-supporters is far from revelatory, as she infamously referred to them as a basket of deplorables during the lead-up to the 2016 election. But long before those comments and her most recent ones, Hillary authored a long track record in “public service” where she regularly put her own interests above those

More parents are likely going to give their babies “gender-neutral” names in 2024, an expert is predicting.
Baby name expert Steph Coffield is anticipating “surnames as first names” and gender neutrality on U.S. birth certificates next year, the New York Post reported on Monday. The 40-year-old Minnesota-based baby name consultant also credited growing “acceptance of non-binary people” as a contributing factor. “I’m seeing a lot of whimsical, gender-neutral surnames being given as first names,” Coffield told Yahoo.“The way things are going, with more acceptance of non-binary people, parents aren’t afraid to give boys softer more feminine names. We’re already there with girls being more masculine,

It’s hard to imagine how American media could get any worse.
One surefire way to do it would be to make journalists and media outlets wards of the state. Can you imagine a media that relies on government to get funded and paid? They already act like activists and this would only encourage them to do so.
This would basically make all of the media like PBS and NPR.
The Washington Examiner reports: Top journalism school pushes taxpayer funding of reporters and media outlets. As the death spiral ravaging local news picks up speed, eliminating one-third of all newspapers since 2005, calls are growing for taxpayers and corporations to cover

The presidents of three of the most prestigious schools in the land will testify before Congress next week over the shocking rise in anti-Semitism that has been occurring on campuses across the country since October 7.

Black Lives Matter Rhode Island leader Mark Fisher said Tuesday on Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends” that he was endorsing former President Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential race.
Co-host Lawrence Jones asked, “This is my favorite story of the day because it identifies what I have seen in the barbershop. All the brothers, for some reason right now are turning tides right now. I just wonder what is the big reason?”Fisher said, “I think personally it’s the duplicity of the Democrats, the hypocrisy. We are not stupid. The brothers are not stupid. We understand when someone is for us and when someone is not.

A giant gust of wind reportedly toppled the U.S. National Christmas tree on Tuesday, just days before its scheduled lighting ceremony with President Joe Biden.
Reports showed that a giant crane had been employed to put the toppled tree back into its upright position. Typically, the trees are in the ground but, according to @rawsalerts, they had to be cut down this year due to a fungal outbreak.“The National Christmas Tree, where President Joe Biden was scheduled to deliver the Christmas tree lighting, has been toppled over after a significant gust of wind occurred, according to the National Park Service,” said @rawsalerts on X.

The House of Representatives' Tuesday votes on reaffirming Israel's right to exist and condemning the terrorist group Hamas revealed division among members of the far-left "Squad."
Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich, and Rep. Cori Bush, D-Mo., were the only members of the radical eight-person group to not vote in favor of H. Res. 888, which centered on Israel's existence. Tlaib was the only House member who chose to vote "present," while Bush didn't vote.
Bush similarly didn't vote on H. Res. 793, which condemned Hamas' brutal Oct. 7 attack against Israel and demanded the immediate release of its remaining hostages taken in the attack. However, Tlaib joined the rest of her "Squad" colleagues
