Former President Donald Trump took the stand to defend himself against allegations of financial misrepresentation by Stalinist AG Letitia James in New York City. The atmosphere was tense, with Judge Engoran frequently intervening to keep the proceedings on track.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, wacky Judge Arthur Engoron lectured President Trump for delivering speeches during questioning.
Engoron is very upset that President Trump is able to freely speak during his trial.

Trump took out loans using his property as collateral. The banks had their own appraisers look at the properties, and made loans to Trump based on their own appraisals. The loans were all paid off, with interest, on time. The banks didn’t lose a dime. There’s no crime here. Period. The attorney general is committing prosecutorial misconduct.

And yet..this scumba* prosecutor will be able to get a jury to convict. I am not afraid of the prosecutor or the judge. But these people who can get on the jury, can vote. They ride next to me on the subway. Their children share a classroom with mine. I am afraid to share America with them.

The picture of Jug Engorged is quite humorous.
What #1 said. There really does need to be more accountability for these pettit bureaucrats when they squander large amounts of public funds to further their own careers.
Allowing a couple of greedy freaks to interfere in elections.
What if some state arrested The Big Bidet for flying around in Air Force one burning hundreds of thousands of pounds of jet fuel, thereby destroying the only planet billions of life forms have to live on. What? There’s no law against destroying the planet and killing billions of people and all the puppies and kitties and everything else? Seize that man, mr state attorney general.

You should not show respect for a phony trial. It demeans the legitimate purpose of fact finding in a real trial.

Shock. Personal financial statement are based on the representations of the "person" as to the fair market value of the assets, and their listing of the liabilities, to obtain the "persons" representation of net worth. The bank uses those statements to help identify assets and liabilities, and then make their own assessments. Accountants merely take the information and put in the form of a personal financial statement. Every personal financial statement is done this way. This case is a total absurdity.

This case is a load of old horse manure—except that’s being too kind. I’m not saying Trump is Jesus Christ, but the questions remind me of the trip-him-up questions the religious leaders of the day used against Jesus.
Meanwhile, back in Washington, President 10% sits not bothered in the slightest by Hunter and the Chinese Laundromat.

#2, this is the trial and there is no jury. The judge determine that and he will be the one who decides the outcome. Of course with his stupidity and obvious bias, anything he decides will likely be overturned.

This is no different than the show trials run by Roland Freisler during WWII.

That right there should be grounds for a mistrial.

What would you expect Trump to say after the leftist Democrat Judge publicly announced that Trump was guilty before the trial even started?

President Trump is truly the ultimate representative of We the People. He is taking on these monsters in our stead, because he knows that they are truly after US. He is an epic hero standing up to them all alone. We cannot let them get away with this!
