Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’s own ‘Never Back Down’ super PAC could soon morph into ‘Not Backing DeSantis’, with controversial consultant grifter Jeff Roe reportedly telling donors unhappy with the Florida Governor’s dismal polling that he may pivot to supporting Tim Scott, or even Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin.
The National Pulse’s own sourcing on this matter was also confirmed by Caroline Wren, senior advisor to Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake, who says Roe has been telling disgruntled donors that Never Back Down could “support other candidates than just Ron DeSantis, which is a strange thing to say unless you’re starting to lay the groundwork of a potential DeSantis exit.”

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis sank to a “weekly tracking low” in Morning Consult’s latest survey, released Tuesday.
This week’s Morning Consult survey found Former President Donald Trump increasing his majority support by four points, moving from 55 percent support to 59 percent support. DeSantis, however, has fallen four points, moving from 20 percent last week to 16 percent this week, which Morning Consult describes as his “weekly tracking low.” In other words, Trump’s lead has expanded from 35 percent last week to 43 percent this week.

Former President Donald Trump leads Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) by nearly 30 points in Iowa as the Florida governor’s support continues to wane, according to a National Research Inc. survey conducted for American Greatness.
The poll published on Tuesday shows that 42 percent of likely Republican Iowa caucusgoers support Trump, placing him 27 points ahead of DeSantis at 15 percent.
DeSantis has lost six points of support compared to when he pinged at 21 percent in a July 5-6 survey from the pollster, while Trump has dropped two points. Overall, DeSantis’s support has dwindled 11 percent since the first poll conducted on May 11-12.

This is not a surprise. This is not disappointing. This is not unexpected. (snip)Keep in mind, the Florida legislature was pressured by the governor’s office to change the political sunlight laws – just so DeSantis could obfuscate his travel expenses and hide that he was flying around the country on private jets owned by billionaires and multinational corporations.(snip)That “insurgent underdog” spin is particularly laughable when you consider that Karl Rove, the RGA, Paul Ryan, Ed Rollins, Jeb Bush and the entire apparatus of the approved republican coalition are aligned with Ron DeSantis. What exactly is the party selected candidate running as an insurgent against?

This poll seems to align with the previous forecast predictions. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has spent a great deal of time in South Carolina over the past two weeks. The result, he’s dropped from second to third place. The more voters get to see DeSantis, the lower his in-state polling becomes.
DISCLAIMER – South Carolina is an open primary, vulnerable to Big Club shenanigans.
President Trump has a clear lead(snip) at 48% according to the latest Fox (Shaw Research) poll [DATA HERE]. Nikki Haley has entered first loser position at 14%, followed closely by Ron DeSantis at 13% and Tim Scott at 10%.

As we’ve seen, Democrats prioritize being the “first” more so than excellence. This is why they’re such big fans of affirmative action. (snip)As journalist Mike Cernovich points out, one look at cross-dressing Stacie should have been anyone’s clue to steer clear. And if that frightful scene wasn’t enough to scare someone off, Mr. Laughton’s past criminal record should have been a massive red flag. But the modern Democrat Party doesn’t care about perversion or criminal records — as a matter of fact, those are cornerstones of the party these days, so it’s no wonder that Dem bigwigs were proud to be pictured with Mr. Laughton.

There are buckets and buckets of legal contingencies in the fabricated case created by Special Counsel Jack Smith, acting on behalf of Andrew Weissmann, Barry Berke, Norm Eisen and Mary McCord, and the DOJ case against Donald J. Trump.
So many contingencies, there is almost no reason to look at any procedural process with any inclination the date will have consequence. However, that said, Judge Aileen Cannon has smartly delayed the trial portion of the case until May 20, 2024. [Full Legal Outline pdf]
I say smartly, because by Mid-May 2024, President Trump will likely have wrapped up the GOP nomination, and that structural reality itself will punt the

Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, just released a minimally redacted copy of the FBI’s FD-1023 detailing a confidential human source’s reporting of a criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Joe Biden and the Ukrainian business Burisma. According to the FD-1023 summary, Burisma’s owner specifically referenced the firing of Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin — the same man Biden bragged about Ukraine firing after his threat to withhold aid from the country while he was vice president.

In roughly the past fifty years, the term “continuity of government” has been used with increased frequency describing how the United States of America, a constitutional republican system of government, contains internal mechanisms to protect the executive branch in the event of crisis, attack or disruption of leadership by adversaries.
The term ‘continuity of government‘ became much more common in the aftermath of 9-11-01 (snip)

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence [ODNI] has released a 117-page April 2023 order/opinion by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court [FISC] about the compliance audit conducted by internal review as the U.S. intelligence agencies seek reauthorization. Many people said it was likely to happen and indeed it has. Vivek Ramaswamy has now overtaken Ron DeSantis to become the top loser to Donald Trump in the GOP primary race. According to a Kaplan Strategies poll [LINK HERE] Ron DeSantis has now dropped to third place inthe presidential preference polling. (snip)Despite DeSantis’ favorable rating of 59 percent amongst GOP voters, Kaplan suggests that Ramaswamy may have the potential for a higher ceiling, as he is less well-known amongst Republican voters, with a 27 percent Uncertain rate.
