The wife of the Obamas' personal chef who died on Sunday in a paddle boarding accident at their Martha's Vineyard estate says she will be 'forever heartbroken' about his death.
Tafari Campbell died in an as yet unexplained accident on the pond behind the Obamas' home on Sunday evening.
He had gone out paddle boarding on the calm water last night, and was seen falling off the board before becoming completely submerged. (Snip) The Obamas paid tribute to him as a 'beloved part of their family.'
They were on the island on Sunday night but not at the residence at the time of the accident, according to their office.

Personal flotation devices are not expensive and it is advisable to wear one when you cannot swim, or even if you can.
In fact a paddle board is likely to put you in the water at any time.

Ah to be so wealthy to have a private chef at your oceanside mansion!!!!
I wonder if they fly him around from mansion to mansion? Or do they have one chef for each mansion?
I wonder when you ask yourself if you've got enough? Probably after all your pockets are stuffed beyond their limits. And you have contracts that say you'll forever get more and more.
So rich and so holier than thou!! Like a medieval Cardinal, handing out indulgences.
And if a servant dies, the help can handle it; no need to sully yourselves or take time off from your pleasures.

Very sad. He looks very fit & capable of overcoming falling off a paddle board in calm 8 foot water. Makes one wonder if it was a medical emergency. We hear of so many sudden deaths of fit, young, healthy people these days. Prayers for his family.

It was the rising sea level - - which killed him.
If only he had listened to the "climate scientists" - - he'd be alive today.

In response to #3, that is why it is annoying that so much wealth is had by congress and the president.
It is especially frustrating because Barack Obama's slogan during his 2008 campaign was "share the wealth" and it is obvious he was talking only of himself.
I really think the American people need campaign reforms.

Why would someone who cannot swim take up the sport of paddleboarding? That seems extremely foolish.
In my limited experience in sailboarding, and I know that paddle boards are more stable, you wind up falling off a LOT as you learn, and even after you learn a bit.
There are small, unobtrusive inflatable life jackets available these days if you don't want to wear anything bulky. We ALWAYS wore a ski belt or life jacket when water skiiing when I was younger, even though we were excellent swimmers. You never know how you'll hit the water and maybe get the wind knocked out of you.
But a non-swimmer doing paddle boarding? This end was fairly predictable. Bad choice of sport.

Such are the horrors of the "black experience" in America these days...po black private chef, for a black millionaire former President of the United States, paddleboarding off a private estate, in Martha's Vineyardhood. It's, it's...almost like a lynching. If only he had gotten some reparations.

Let the real fact sink in - The communist, America hating, racists the Obamas, have a personal chef who is black. A personal chef! Where exactly has all this loot which made our first gay Dictator and his transvestite "wife" who was drafted as a linebacker by the Chicago Bears, wealthy enough to afford a personal chef. I'll bet the chef was tired of endlessly cooking sausages and hot dogs for breech loader Obama.

Sorry Sherise. When it came to employers, Tafari chose poorly.
Just another statistic added to a long, long list.

My question is the man on the Federal payroll? Are we paying for a private chef for the Obama family?

Some time I'd like to see a study done where we tally up the number of unnatural deaths among staff and acquaintances of Federal Level Elected officials of either party. Is the Angel of Death only following the Clintons? Or is it more widespread?
I'm willing to bet the more unethical the individual is, the higher the body count.

Adverse effect of the jab?
Whatever the cause, condolences to his family. He had made it to the top levels of his chosen profession, a good example against the "systemic racism" arguments. He worked work and had a good job and a family who loved him.
