A Leading Climate Scientist Expresses
Doubt About the Veracity of the Global

A new book by a leading climate change scientist gives reason for hope that the light of truth is shedding a few rays into the dark, dystopian, ideologically driven pseudoscience known as global warming. With the 2023 publication of Climate Uncertainty and Risk: Rethinking Our Response, geoscientist Judith A. Curry, Ph.D., acknowledges that, in 2007, she “joined the consensus” in supporting the UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s (IPCC) Fourth Assessment Report as “authoritative.” What changed her perspective was Climategate, the 2009 hacking and unauthorized release of emails from the Climatic Research Unit at the University of East Anglia. The email exchanges between climate scientists and IPCC authors

Comments:

A scientist with honor! How rare, almost unheard of these days. A crack appears in the "climate science" scam.

The fact that she.joined the ‘consensus’ supporting a complete fraud like the IPCC report reflects poorly on her judgment. You don’t need a PhD in climatology to see through that dishonest piece of trash. Knowledge of high school physics is enough.

This world wide scam is outrageous. What the left presents as truth is an absolute corruption of scrience. It's our freedom that the left truly hates. Their goal is to enslave us. They have vilified carbon ( which trees need to make oxygen ) as the biggest threat going. Carbon makes up 0.0415 of our atmosphere. The most abundant so called greenhouse gas is water vapor , 70 -100 times more powerful at holding atmospheric heat.

When you ELECT leadership which has little interest or grounding in "science," you get the Sniffer's regime: "Do what we say because WE SAY SO. No questions, no comments. Go GREEN or GO AWAY! You OBJECT? You MAGA racist! You STILL object? Our GESTAPO will pay you a friendly visit, pal. And just wait until we get our hands on your bank account."

Yes, she is correct. The 'climate models' are pure crap, sciency BS, fakery, magician's tricks, whatever you want to call them....but NOT science. The weather models do pretty well for two or three days, and can often (but not always) get broad stroke trends pretty well over as much as a week, maybe two weeks...but as you get past three or four days, the local area details just fall apart completely. As far as predicting climate for decades or a century....pure hokum, likes, fraud, a SCAM.

Empty suit, empty suites: Joe Biden's

We often ask who's running the government with a White House led by doddering Joe Biden. But with a new audit out, maybe the real question is what is the government. According to the Washington Examiner: The evacuation of federal headquarters during the COVID-19 crisis appears to have become permanent and costly with up to 90% of several agency headquarters empty, according to a federal audit. At least 6 of 24 Washington area headquarters are 90% empty, including several that manage federal office space and employees such as the General Services Administration and the Office of Personnel Management.

Vigilantism occurs when mobs bypass the legal system to murder someone accused, but not convicted, of a crime. However, according to Wired, the venerable technology magazine, when homeowners work with law enforcement to turn over Ring footage of criminals on their (or their neighbors’) property, they are engaging in vigilantism…and are probably racists, too. Aside from being a witless perversion of language, it reveals the anti-black racism at work in leftist circles. According to Dictionary.com, a core element of being a vigilante is to act outside of the law: noun 1. a member of a vigilance committee.

Last week, the Supreme Court handed down 303 Creative LLC v. Elenis, in which it held that the government cannot force people to engage in expressive speech that offends them. Two days later, Al Franken put out a tweet intended to denigrate the decision. Instead, the Harvard-educated “comedian” accidentally revealed just how good the Supreme Court opinion was. I’m not a huge fan of Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch because it was he who issued the staggeringly incorrect decision holding that the Civil Rights Act of 1964 extends to “gender identity.” However, when it comes to Free Speech, Gorsuch nailed it. In 303 Creative, his decision lucidly explains

“Ponzi Scheme” is a term that was coined about 100 years ago. It was named after an Italian immigrant, Charles Ponzi, who realized he could get investors by promising large returns for undefined, high-yield investments. His endeavor needed to make just enough money to keep attracting new investors, whose money, after Ponzi’s cut, was used to pay some of the earlier investors. In our modern day, Bernie Madoff’s Ponzi scheme resulted in losses in the billions of dollars when the stock market tanked during the Great Recession. Selling the Deal Americans are just beginning to see the tip of the iceberg of their own trillion-dollar Ponzi scheme, Social Security (“SSA”).

The Supreme Court handed down a definitive ruling against the use of racial preferences in college admissions, declaring in a 6-3 decision on Thursday: “Eliminating racial discrimination means eliminating all of it.” The syllabus opinion in Students for Fair Admissions v. President and Fellows of Harvard College notes that any exceptions to that principle — based on the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution — “must survive a daunting two-step examination known as “strict scrutiny.” Unless the discrimination is for a “compelling” government interest, and is “necessary” to achieve it, it is unconstitutional.

Movies are sometimes a Rorschach test regarding how one views the world. Like Rorschach tests, they can leave observers scratching their heads. As an example, my top 10 movies are probably, in no particular order, Gladiator, Tombstone, Braveheart, LA Confidential, Valley Girl, Lost in Translation, Galaxy Quest, Trading Places, Love Actually, and maybe Titanic. I’m not sure what that list says about me, particularly the inclusion of Valley Girl, but I’m sure some psychiatrist somewhere could say there’s something to be taken from it. The one thing I can observe from my list is that most of my movies have a good guy vs. bad guy conflict

On Friday’s broadcast of C-SPAN’s “Washington Journal,” Rep. Brad Sherman (D-CA) stated that the United States’ “big mistake” on China was when we granted China most-favored nation trade status, because giving them that status led to a horribly lopsided trade relationship with China and argued that the way to bring needed change to our trade relationship with China is to impose “tariffs on Chinese goods across the board” that would be far stricter than the tariffs on China imposed under the Trump administration.

Those conservatives rightly outraged at the Trump indictment keep comparing his treatment to that given to Hillary, Biden, and Pence, each of whom admitted to violating national security laws. That’s the wrong argument because Trump is not similarly situated to those lawbreakers. Instead, because he was president when he took possession of the documents, Trump cannot be guilty of the crimes with which he’s charged. It starts with the Constitution, which created three equal branches of government: The legislative branch (Art. I), the executive (presidential) branch (Art. II), and the judiciary (Art. III).
