One America News (OAN) founder and CEO Robert Herring Sr. has hinted that his outlet is prepared to offer a massive deal to Tucker Carlson shortly after he was fired by Fox News. The wildly successful former Fox News host’s next move has been the subject of much speculation after he was abruptly let go by the network earlier this week. OAN was one of a handful of networks to offer Carlson — who dominated cable news ratings for years — a contract just hours after his firing was announced. “@RobHerring would like to extend an invitation to Carlson to meet for negotiation,” OAN wrote in a tweet not long after

OAN has some devoted followers but minimal outreach. Tucker will go where he has maximum exposure. OAN is not going to be it.

OAN, along with Newsmax, were a relief from Fox when Direct TV had them. Sad when both er were deleted, but now Newsmax is back, thankfully. Direct TV would do themselves and the rest of us s a favor by letting OAN back on. Particularly if Tucker should decide to go there. Along with others. no Fox on my TV today. Anything new from the My Pillow guy?

Tucker will go it alone. Why yoke himself with another Media Contract when he can create his own Empire, free to say whatever he wants, whenever he wants, without the sword of censorship over his head.

there is a way to use your large screen tv's just like your computer monitor. It takes a 'special' cable from desk top to the tv. I had a neighbor computer IT guy hook it up for me. Anything you can watch on a computer monitor can be seen on big screen.

I'm with #7 here. Tucker needs to be on Sirius or FM radio for 3 hours a day. Rush had a huge audience, Tucker could reach them easily. I know Sirius would limit his exposure, but if you have Sirius in your car you can download the app and listen to it on your phone for free. IF the Murdock brothers end up selling Fox News after their dear old dad dies, It is ripe for the picking for Elon Musk to buy. Otherwise since Black Rock owns 15%+ they will turn it into another MSNBC and all Conservative voices would be fired.

Chuck Schumer and actress Julia Fox were among some of the early arrivals for Saturday's White House Correspondents' Dinner - with the unlikely pair raising some eyebrows as they made their way down the red carpet side by side. The North Carolina Supreme Court made several key election decisions on Friday, ruling to reinstate a voter ID law and keep the Republican-led redistricting maps in place. The rulings were made possible after the court was swung in November from 4-3 Democrat-controlled to 5-2 Republican. The voter ID law, enacted in 2018, had previously been thrown out over claims it unfairly targeted minorities.“The people of North Carolina overwhelmingly support voter identification and other efforts to promote greater integrity and confidence in our elections.

Among the many media gloaters over the Fox News-Dominion defamation settlement, The New York Times seems to be gloating the loudest. But this gloating strikes some history buffs as highly hypocritical. Can Cubans who – back in 1959 – went blue in the face warning the U.S. State Department and CIA that Castro was a closet-Soviet-asset and communist sue The New York Times for defaming them as crooks and liars? Surely their case (the Cuban blue-in-the-faces) has been vindicated much more starkly than Dominion’s.

A huge ball of fire is raging in Crimea after a suspected Ukrainian aerial drone strike hit a major fuel depot in the heart of an annexed naval port Sevastopol today. Footage showed a fireball with huge flames and a mushroom-like black cloud from a major fire triggered by two explosions in Cossack Bay, in the Crimean Peninsula. The blasts came at 4:20am and 4:21am local time (2.20am and 2.21am UK time), and appear to be the latest attempt by Ukraine to strike at Russia's naval firepower base in the annexed peninsula.

National Public Radio, otherwise known as NPR, has faced a lot of challenges over the last several weeks, including the backlash to their false claims about transgender “women” athletes and their strength levels, Twitter CEO Elon Musk correctly labeling their account “state-affiliated media,” and the layoffs of 100 or so staffers, which led to some pretty uncomfortable woke Zoom meetings in the aftermath. But though the struggle has indeed been real for NPR, one thing that has no doubt given them comfort through all of it is knowing they have the full backing of the Biden White House which,
