The Chair of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors stated earlier that he was only voting to certify the state election under legal duress. (Video) “I found out today that I have no choice but to vote ‘Aye’ or I will be arrested and charged with a felony,” Gould said.
The Arizona Secretary of State has threatened to charge election officials with Class 6 felony charges if they don’t certify her election.
Secretary of State Katie Hobbs has filed a lawsuit against Cochise County, which refused to certify the Arizona state election by the Nov. 28 deadline.
If Cochise County doesn't certify, if that county's votes aren't counted, they flip a House seat and send a Democrat to Congress instead of the Republican who won it. Brilliant, no?

Maybe state elections should be run by people from other states.
On a rotating basis so peeps don't get too cozy.

This election fiasco, micro-managed by the Sec. Of State AND, 'winner,'' Katie Hobbs, (???!!!), is just too incredible to be believed. Add to that irony the MANY flaws envolving the count and those who were turned away from even casting their ballot in person, and the result couldn't be more unbelievable. Arizona needs to redo the entire vote and do it in person by paper ballot or who can ever believe the true outcome?

Can you imagine the reaction if it was a Republican who threatened a County Chair in this manner?

This is horrendous, and this alone should make them redo the whole thing. I swear our country is no longer land of the free, it is the land of Dem power lust, coerrsion, fraud, government stepping on the right of the people for a fair election. Katie Hobbs should be disqualified for using her office to overrule the rights of the people. FKH FJB

What a whiney coward. The signers of the Declaration of Independence pledged "“our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor” and lost it all and he can't stand against Hobbs? Get a clue folks. Keeping our freedom is going to cost us. We're at war. Sacrifices will have to be made. The comfortable life we were afforded for decades is gone and he's not helping bring it back if he don't fight. Duress. Man up.

It happened here in Yavapai county too on Monday! It's written in the law. We had 300 people show up to protest the canvass. We had evidence of voter suppression in our county, just north of Maricopa county. Long lines, printers not working, etc. the Yavapai county board still approved the canvass. They couldn't get past the idea that they would be sued. We're done. Hobbs will never fix the "system!"

This is totally unbelievable. Are there ANY Republicans in state election authority in AZ who can stand up to corrupt, disgusting, arrogant weasels like Katie Hobbit Hobbs? The election fraud there was more obvious than what happened 2 years ago on that fateful November morning. Votes WERE NOT counted with the democrat running in charge of it all. This whole affair stinks and if allowed to stand it will be a corrupt stain on the state of AZ that will be hard to wash away. Will the good people there stand for that? We will see but for now I am so done with democrats that it's not even funny. Have a good day.

There was never a good reason for the candidate to not recuse herself. No matter how it goes it looks and smells like corruption. What looks and smells like corruption, is corruption. This stinks like a week old fish. Agree to make me governor or I will put you in jail. This certainly looks like the bad old days. They ought to impeach the Sec of State and then try her for corruption. Goose and Gander works for me.

#8, yep. George Soros plays the long game. Most Republicans don’t even know there is a game to be played and the ones who know about it are complicit it in. The rest of us just got our butts handed to us again. Democrats have the election steal perfected. It looks messy but it works like a dream for those thieves.

What we see in AZ is going on at a national level. Paper ballots, same day voting, and ID verification is the only way out of this mess.

There has to be a better way to run elections....it all started with the JFK election in Cicero, Illinois...where it took HOURS to count the votes...and low and behold...Nixon lost by a very small margin...and years latter...the participants confessed to the fraud...of course...by that time JFK had been assassinated and then the warren commission farce buried the dirt for years...I never liked JFK but piled my kids in a camper and went to Dallas so I could see what really happened...as a shooter myself...I can tell you...it was a triangular shot...the over pass ahead of the motorcade...the grassy knoll...and the kill shot that came from behind...as the agent in the car following said.... on his death bed....
