The United States' men's national team have made a huge statement at the World Cup in Qatar by redesigning their crest to incorporate the rainbow flag, in a bid to show solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community. The tournament, which starts on Sunday and sees the US play their opener against Wales on Monday, has been hugely controversial in its build-up, given Qatar's human rights record and attitude to homosexuality. As recently as this month, a Qatar World Cup ambassador told a German TV broadcaster that homosexuality was 'damage to the mind', and it remains illegal to be gay in the conservative Muslim country.

What is the problem? This is an accurate representation of what the United States has become. This has become the accepted ideal and cultural that this country holds above all else. Oh there are some who disagree but they are powerless politically and economically ( try getting a major corporation to stop bowing to this agenda and see how that works out). No, this is America now.

What is wrong with soccer, both men's and women's? It was a popular sport to be less contact than football and not as rigid as baseball. It was also to be more inclusive (I hate that term). It turned into a woke mess that screwed up a whole generation of kids. Just let it go away. We did just fine with football and baseball back then. Rainbow colors????? Are you kidding me?

Will we never be rid of the Rainbow Mafia? How did these people become so powerful when they are such a small percentage of the population? It boggles the mind how quickly our country has been pushed to accept perversions of all kinds. It does not bode well for us because there will come a reckoning. God will not allow this behavior to go on without judgment. In fact, I believe we are in the midst of God’s judgment on this country. Look around you. Our elections are a joke. Our illegitimate leader is a doddering old fool with serious mental deficiencies. Our politicians on both sides are totally corrupt. Our military has gone woke. Our border is wide open and there is no intention of securing it. Our educational system is making our kids dumb and indoctrinated. Our judiciary system has abandoned the rule of law for partisan politics. Our enemies are eating our lunch. The country is a hot mess and there is no solution in sight that is going to change it. The left has been turned over to a reprobate mind and is not even reachable to reasonable thought. I doubt it will get better. I had hope with this election but when democrats did exactly what they did last time with no outrage and pushback from Republicans, I knew it was over. I just don’t see how we can pull back from this. I am sorry to be so pessimistic, but show me where we can go when election theft is ignored. We are in a world of hurt when no one will stand up and fight blatant voter fraud. We are a nation in want of a moral compass and apparently there is none to be found. I love this country but what is happening today is heart breaking. The Republic is being attacked quite effectively from within and I can’t see a way to fight it.

In a related story, Qatar officially refuses to recognize the visas for all members and coaches of the American soccer team, and they will not be allowed to enter Qatar. Senile Joe bidet will be issuing an official ultra-mild watered-down letter of "being upset" in 3-2-1. Lie-beral sodomites are so obnoxiously arrogant that they have to flaunt their evil perversions in everybody's face. They could have made this change, and nobody would have noticed. Then, after the World Cup is over, they could have announced what they had done and rubbed it in Qatar's face. But, no, they have to announce this like everyone must love and support their sodomite perversions. Now I can't imagine Qatar putting up with this perverse garbage in any way.

It doesn't take a passel of perverts to skew the organization into the rainbow world - just a posse of committed activists. (This transition to perversion was asking place in colleges and universities back in the 1990s. My state university wanted faculty members to place some sort of perversion poster on office doors, so that students who were homosexual, lesbian, bisexual or wharever, would know that the professor offered a safe haven for them.\ I told my universitty student affairs office to go to hell - that as a professor, I had an obligation to provide a safe haven for all of my students. And that I wwas insulted by their demand. that was 30 years ago, and I got away with it. Now I imagine I would be fired. The parade of perversion is everwhere. Soccer is just the latest example. After the midterms, the Republican Party and half of the conservative movement are now furious with Donald Trump. Their writs are many — even though the party establishment shares much of the blame. Even before the midterms, there was a latent feeling among half of Republicans that Trump, given his age, and the animus he incurs among the rich Left and touchy independents, might retire to the role of kingmaker, rather than try a third presidential election. Trump’s eruptions, coupled with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’ stunning and singular midterm success, ensured that such prior latent conservative unease is now overt.

There have been many postmortems written about the outcome of the 2022 mid-term elections. Nearly all focus on political or structural issues. Did the Republican primary voters pick terrible candidates? Why didn’t the Republican hierarchy spend more money on candidates x, y, or z? Is Trump’s endorsement the kiss of death in a general election? Why didn’t the Republicans better prepare for voting fraud and manipulation? But what nearly everyone fails to understand is that this election further amplified that this nation has effectively and permanently split into two countries tenuously living side-by-side,
