Are American Jews Finally Leaving the
Democratic Party?

Original Article

Way back in March of 2019, I proposed the idea that, similar to the BLAXIT movement, American Jews needed to remove themselves from the Democratic Party, which no longer exemplifies Jewish values, no longer supports Israel, and is controlled by leftist extremists who are anti-Semitic. Although slower than hoped for, it looks like this might finally be happening. A recent poll after the midterms demonstrates this optimistic change. Thirty-three percent of Jews voted Republican in the primaries, up from 30% in 2020 and 24% in 2016. This new voting bloc proves two things: Jews are starting to wake up to political realities and letting go

The boys down at the synagogue hate ALL non-Jews yet demand to be loved. Criticize one and you’re a Nazi! They chose Barabbas over Jesus and have been choosing EVIL ever since. Not the slightest bit sorry.

I can easily see religious Jews would finally be "seeing the light" -- that the Demon-Rats hate them and use them. But, sadly, very few Jews in America these days are religious. It's their nationality, not their faith. Most are just massive lie-berals, that hate Israel, support islamoterrorists, and would vote for the American Communist Party before they would vote for a conservative Republican. They are like Christians that go to church on Christmas and Easter, but have no use for their faith the rest of the year. Hopefully they will eventually wake up.

I know a number of Jews and none of them are religious. Most never set foot in a synagogue and kosher is just a word. For them, being a Jew is just a word. They are rather like what Christians call Creasters - they come to church Christmas and Easter only. My Jewish friends are knee jerk Democrats and can't see the open anti-Semitism that almost all progs espouse.

Many Jews in the United States are of Eastern European origins and they have historically been enamored and advocates of Marxism and Communism and they also have dual loyalties with Israel being their first and primary concern. So leaving the Democratic Party is not an indication that they are changing their core beliefs.

#1 is upset because the pages of his copy of The Protocols of the Elders of Zion are stuck together. Orthodox Jews, for the most part, left the Dem party long ago. It's taking the rest a little longer to catch up, but now that they're seeing the open antisemitism of the left, they may finally get the hint and leave.

#1 Huh, don't know what synagogue you are referring to, but I've been a member of various Chabad shuls for basically my entire adult life. At ours, we are taught (and believe) that HaShem, the Name, the G-d of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob, the Creator of the Universe, loves all mankind and that we are all one, all of whose fathers include Adam and Noah, and our job (as Jews) on this planet is to serve Him and mankind, writ large. Nor do we believe the Jewish people are superior. To the contrary, G-d chose us as His people, not because of merit, but because we were the LEAST of all the Peoples, stiff-necked and difficult, and that our survival and prospering (despite being a rather pathetic bunch) was a demonstration of His ultimate power, as He could take such a useless band of ill-tempered, ill-mannered, ungrateful, semi-nomadic, slaves and use them to change His world.

Why do Jews remain demonrats? Because, if one is a JINO, then the left’s antisemitism isn’t an issue. They are liberals first and I doubt that they would refer to themselves as leftists. My grandfather was a JINO and was a conservative. But he died at the age of 87 in 1976 when the Holocaust was a lot more alive in peoples’ memories.

33% is no red wave. It means that 67% still don’t realize that the Democrat party has become anti-Jewish. But, the majority of Jews will continue to vote for Democrats, because it’s “tradition.”

#1 evokes the age-old trope of certain christianesque quarters that Jews were Christ-killers. That shibboleth fails to account for the fact that the people who cried both "Hosanna in the highest!!" when Christ entered Jerusalem on a donkey on Palm Sunday and then "Crucify him!!" in exchange for Barabbas five days later on Good Friday were symbolic of ALL sinners, not just Jews. To that extent, the statement "They chose Barabbas over Jesus and have been choosing EVIL ever since." is correct so long as the faithful recognize that "They" means "We". Jews didn't crucify our Savior. Our sins (including vindictiveness, slander, hate for others) did.

The double-standard is atrocious. The Big Three (ABC, CBS, NBC) evening newscasts have almost completely buried Democratic Senator Raphael Warnock’s child support scandal, spending only 11 seconds on it since September 1. In stark contrast, the network evening newscasts (September 1 - November 16) flooded their airwaves (36 minutes, 21 seconds) with stories of women accusing his GOP opponent Herschel Walker of paying for abortions. That’s almost 200 times more coverage to the Walker story than the Warnock scandal.

Gun sales more than doubled in Oregon with Ballot Measure 114 (BM 114) pending, and Oregon State Police are struggling to keep up with the demand for background checks. KDRV reports that BM 114 passed by a margin of 50.9 percent to 49.1 percent, and will take effect December 8, 2022. In the weeks leading up to the November 8 elections, Breitbart News pointed to a Bearing Arms report that BM 114 was being bankrolled by out-of-state money. The measure requires a permit, which costs $65, to purchase a gun. It also bans “high capacity” magazines and requires law enforcement to maintain a database of gun permit applicants, among other things.

Nancy Pelosi, who announced she would not continue as the Democratic Party’s leader in the House of Representatives, has been a great legislator. You’d have to be to last for 19 years at the top of the Democratic legislative greasy pole. That doesn’t mean she has been a great font of ideas, a great visionary, or a great leader of the American people. She has been none of those things. Her own contributions to this country on matters of policy, rather than shepherding or opposing bills in the House, have been negligible. She was impotent when it came to dealing with an anti-Semitic outbreak in her caucus in 2019, for example.
