Depending on the location Obama might be a down-home country guy. Just a good old fella, talkin’ to the people with his sleeves rolled up, puttin’ the work for workin’ folks. Or he runs the Deep South accent when he morphs into his most irritating and condescending fake accent – the Southern Baptist Preacher. He’ll drawl on, leaving off every “g”. he’ll pause for emphasis and cast his head back to make the point – y’all. There’s a term for it. It’s called Code-Switching.

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — All 782 Harris County polling locations were open an extra hour on Election Day due to a court order that was filed over issues at the polls throughout the day.

Guam elected James Moylan as a non-voting delegate to the U.S. House of Representatives, the first Republican since 1993.
The Pacific Daily News, a local outlet in Guam, reported the results of the race based on partial and unofficial results from the Guam Election Commission around 4:00 a.m. local time.
Moylan defeated former Democrat Speaker Judi Won Pat in the delegates race to represent Gaum as a non-voting member of the U.S. House. At the time of the race being called by the local outlet, Moylan led by 1,648 votes: 17,075 (52.19 percent) votes to 15,427 votes (47.15 percent).
The Republican will fill the seat currently held by incumbent Del. Michael San Nicolas.
Culver City, California voters will decide if 16- and 17-year-olds can participate in future elections, potentially changing the electorate in the Los Angeles County suburb.
If passed, Measure VY will lower the voting age to 16 for city and school board elections, putting it in the extreme minority across the country.

Multiple videos that we received this morning show long lines in Anthem, Arizona with poll workers explaining that the Maricopa County machines are not working.
Instead of tabulating their ballot directly, voters are being told to put their ballot into a box under the tabulator so that their ballot may be tabulated at a later time downtown.
Voters are told to just drop their ballot into the open door seen below.

Pennsylvania Democratic lieutenant governor John Fetterman’s U.S. Senate campaign filed a lawsuit Monday against state election officials, arguing that mail ballots with an incorrect or blank date should be counted in Tuesday’s election.
Plaintiffs have asked a federal judge to order all mail ballots to be counted regardless of the date voters pen on the envelope. The lawsuit comes a week after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that officials should set aside and not count mail ballots with an incorrect or empty date.
