Legal Victories; Here’s What We Know…

On Friday, the far-left CNN host Wolf Blitzer was forced to cover two huge legal victories scored by President Donald Trump.“Former President Donald Trump did just score two legal wins. Former ‘Apprentice’ contenstant Summer Zervas agreed to drop the defamation lawsuit she filed against Trump after Trump denied her allegation that he sexually assaulted her back in 2007. That means Trump avoids sitting for a deposition under oath,” Blitzer began. At the same time, a New York judge granted Trump’s motion to dismiss a 2019 lawsuit filed by his former personal attorney Michael Cohen seeking reimbursement for legal fees from the Trump organization,” Blitzer added.

This must have made Blitzer gag to have to read it on the air. PDJT wins again.

When "sexual assault" now includes telling a woman that she is wearing a pretty dress, most of these accusations are bogus - not at all like Joe Biden pressing a woman up against the wall and attempting to hide his finger where the sun don't shine.

What always impresses me about Trump is unlike most all other powerful people is, it appears that he really is a honest, honorable and ethical person. Otherwise some of these charges the left keep making up would stick.

#5 I couldn't agree more. When Pres Trump announced his candidacy in 2015 I figured the scrutiny would be intense. But I also assumed that Trump had some rather odious relationships considering his long time construction business operated out of NYC. A lot of the construction industry in NYC is Mafia and it is hard to do business without them. I am thoroughly impressed with how clean the Trump family is, I find it remarkable. The Democrats have to be seething since they have turned every stone and still can't make anything stick to Trump. In fact they have had to find other areas to go after him because his private dealings are too clean.

Well, I figured Trump had some dark stuff in his past as nearly every very successful businessman does. Dark stuff doesn't have to be necessarily illegal or terrible, but I figured there had to be something bad. I think the worst thing I found, besides adultery, is his tearing down the facade of the old Bonwit Teller building before the Metropolitan Museum of Art could get it as they expected. Even if he had anything dark in his past, I have found him to be generally a good guy. He has an integrity you don't often see in men of his stature. That is why the corrupt politicians hate him so much. He can't be bought or coerced. And he is a winner. He thrives on challenges and doesn't back down. He is a fallible human being, like we all are, but I honestly believe God chose him and gave him a mission and he knows it. I really like Ted Cruz, and in a normal time in an honest America, he would have made a really good President. But considering the times, I am so glad my guy lost to Donald Trump. Only he could have survived the slings and arrows that were sent to bring him down and still keeps going even after his tenure in office.

A New York judge has tossed Michael Cohen’s long-running lawsuit against the Trump Organization, taking former-President Trump’s family company off the hook for his former attorney’s over $1.9 million legal fees.Judge Joel M. Cohen ruled Friday that Cohen’s breach of contract lawsuit against the company, filed in March 2019 after the former “fixer” pleaded guilty to tax evasion and other crimes, cannot go forward.Cohen — no relation to the judge — had originally sought restitution for the legal bills racked up as special counsel Robert Mueller and several congressional committees investigated his onetime boss.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki’s post-COVID return to the briefing room Friday came with a flurry of predictably dubious claims, as usual. She first claimed that President Joe Biden, who’s repeatedly demonstrated a Trump-like hypersensitivity to criticism, isn’t remotely bothered by Americans chanting “Let’s Go Brandon” as an insult directed at him.She issued the claim after being pressed about it by NBC’s Peter Alexander.“Across this country, we’ve seen this new phenomenon lately chanted at sporting events and on signs. The phrase is ‘Let’s Go Brandon,’ a sort of code for a profane slogan attacking President Biden. What does the president make of that?” he asked.

New York City has dropped out of the top 20 most expensive ZIP codes in the United States, despite skyrocketing rents in the resurgent, post-COVID Big Apple. New York City failed to crack the top 20 in Property Shark's ranking of 2021's most expensive ZIP codes as the borough continue to struggle post-pandemic despite it's recent resurgence in the real estate market over the last few months. Manhattan's swanky 10013 ZIP code - which covers parts of the Tribeca, Soho, Little Italy and Hudson Square neighborhoods- was the highest ranking NYC ZIP code at number 22 with the median sale price of $3,212,000.
