Reports: Mass Flight Cancellations After
Federal Workers Protest Biden's Vaccine Mandate

Original Article

Thousands of people experienced flight cancellations and delays out of Jacksonville International Airport this weekend after a number of federal workers reportedly staged a sickout in protest of President Joe Biden's Wuhan coronavirus vaccine mandate. But the Federal Aviation Administration is denying the reports of a vaccine mandate protest, while also admitting limited staffing was "unexpected." Meanwhile, a number of Southwest pilots are working to block the mandate and have filed a lawsuit against the airline.

Comments:

Above is the article, interspersed with tweets and other clips. The action was unexpected because Americans usually are quick to cede to tyranny when the slightest personal inconvenience comes into play.

I’d wager FAA staff in Jacksonville voted for PJT. Unlike the vast majority of feds nationwide, especially their “ superiors” at the FAA in DC. I say that as a former govt worker.

For a dose of sarcasm here, may I offer “what would Ronald Reagan have done…”? First of all, he would never have mandated vaccines. Second, the Chi Coms would not have tried this act of biological warfare with their Wuhan Flu, and third, these union federal workers rear ends would be fired today. Now for the sarcasm, does anyone think Lunchpail / Dementia Joe would fire union workers? Meanwhile, we had not counted on this new kind of misery that the Biden policies are having on Americans. People who thought they could get away for a nice COLUMBUS DAY weekend are now worried that they can’t get home for work or school.

Good for them. At least they have the power to affect the whole country at once. I'm sorry for the like-minded people who have been caught up in this and are having a really bad time. It's still like some kind of bad dream. Imagine the United States government threatening citizen's to "Do what we tell you or lose your livelihood!" AND...while we're at it we will deny you unemployment, the same "unemployment" that we have been showering on other people who are now refusing to work. It can't be happening. This is ALL on Joe and the "brilliant" (Just ask them) Obama team. Everything Obama touches turns to Cr@p.

These are the things that happen when the people rebel against stupid mandates from the federal government. They can maintain rule only so long as we allow it. I sense rebellion coming.

Worldwide survey has politicians as least-trusted profession 0 replies

The world appears to agree on one thing. Politicians are the least trusted profession on the planet, according to a massive Ipsos “Global Trustworthiness Index” poll of 19,570 adults conducted in 28 countries. On average, only 10% of the respondents felt that politicians were “trustworthy.” That negative finding ranged from a low of 3% in Argentina to a high of 19% in Malaysia. The U.S. was just about in the middle with 9% of respondents saying they trusted politicians—a finding shared with respondents in Poland, Italy, South Korea and Mexico. Politicians had some company at the rock bottom of the poll, which has been conducted since 2018. “Government ministers”

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas issued new orders Tuesday halting ICE from going after large numbers of illegal immigrants at job sites, saying it is a waste of resources and actually helps unscrupulous employers abuse unauthorized workers. Mr. Mayorkas said he wants his department’s three immigration agencies to come up with new strategies to target employers while leaving the illegal immigrants unscathed. But those solutions are in the future. For now, he said, “mass worksite operations” must cease. “The deployment of mass worksite operations, sometimes resulting in the simultaneous arrest of hundreds of workers, was not focused on the most pernicious aspect of our country’s unauthorized employment challenge: exploitative employers,”
