These swarming attacks have been going on in Chicago for over a year now. Usually its 50 or so yutes that use social media to set up their attack. They all pile in, steal everything that isn't nailed down, trash the store and run off before the cops show up.

Those cars are most likely stolen. And very easy to steal as people leave the keyless fobs in their cars. In our town, people will put the car into the garage, leave the fob in the car, and forget to lock the man door into the garage. Kids, 15-16 years old, are dropped off in the neighborhood, find unlocked man doors and drive out of the garage with the car. Takes them all of 15 seconds. The cars are then used for other crimes and then left on a side street. It's all just so well planned.

Oooo, they crossed the line!! They aren’t supposed to come over the freeway from East Palo Alto and bother the “Swells”! For those unfamiliar with the area I can’t begin to tell you how wealthy most of the citizens of Palo Alto are. And educated. And liberal. Stanford shopping mall is right next door to Stanford University and Stanford Hospital and clinics. Next door as in you can walk. Tech titans and other multi-millionaires and billionaires live in the hills behind. They are used to the Best! They know Everything! Palo Alto is a rarified bubble where liberal philosophies are breathed in like oxygen and real-world realities are kept at bay. I grew up with these people. Haha - they will be so disturbed in their designer-furnished living rooms! For further insight read Victor Davis Hanson’s observations about the elite bubble of Stanford and Palo Alto.
