A new survey from Rasmussen Reports has found that, by far, most GOP voters like former Vice President Mike Pence. In fact, the survey notes, 69% of GOP voters have a favorable opinion of the former VP. That seems to portend well for a 2024 presidential for Pence, doesn’t it?Not so fast: The same survey found that overwhelmingly, Republican voters are much bigger fans of former President Donald Trump and his policies. Asked who the Republican Party should most be “like,” 64% of GOP voters said Trump, while 24% chose Pence.Clearly, the former president’s ‘America First’ agenda is far more popular with Republicans than any other brand of ‘conservatism’

Pence is a no for me. I would not vote for him. He betrayed the President and all the voters who voted for the Trump/Pence ticket. Pence made a very bad decision and I just do not trust the man. When we needed him, he failed us and the country. Look what cowardice has done to this great country. Good men did nothing while evil advanced.

I like Mike Pence, and believe he served PDT very well as Vice President over four years. No, he did not come through on the Senate floor that day, but I did not expect him to. I think he simply had an honest difference of opinion with the president, and don't believe any challenges would have altered the election outcome. Having said that, I don't think he will gain much traction if he runs for president and don't believe he intends to do so.

I really question the validity of a poll that claims 69% of republican voters have a favorable opinion of Pence. In reality, maybe 20%, but no where near 69%.

An honest "difference of opinion," #2? It isn't about an honest difference of opinion, it's about WINNING in an honest way !! pence and the rest of the elites have discarded those of us who "carry the water" that funds their shenanigans. It's us against them -- what could be more obvious ?

This article is mainly about Gov. DeSantis.....More Great Work!!.... FTA: ~~ "Florida Governor Ron DeSantis said Monday that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) was to blame for the COVID-19 pandemic and signed laws that thwart foreign influence across the state. … On Monday, DeSantis signed two bills aimed at preventing CCP from influencing Florida’s educational institutions and from committing corporate espionage. The bill would ban CCP-sanctioned partnerships, like the Confucius Institute, which facilitates cultural exchanges, and any other direct deals between foreign governments and Florida’s universities and colleges. The second bill DeSantis signed would make theft and trafficking of trade secrets a criminal offence under state law. “Today, the State of Florida is taking a stand against communist dictators and bad state actors. We will STOP CCP INFLUENCE in our education system and government by going on offense,” he wrote on Twitter, ahead of comments he made during the signings."~~

# 6, I don't think Pence saw it within his authority to reject those states' electors. Maybe he was mistaken, I am not qualified to say. But not everything is a RINO plot. Pence has solid conservative cred. But in any case he is not relevant going forward.

Retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, former President Donald Trump’s first national security adviser, is the second-most wrongly persecuted man in the country, behind his former boss. For the high crime of wanting to continue serving his country under the leadership of a president the Washington Establishment did not approve, he was targeted, falsely accused, wrongly prosecuted, and outrageously convicted after having been forced to confess to something he didn’t do in order to spare his son. (Snip) “The example of what happened to me is a clear example of a political persecution of an individual who spent his life in service to this country,”

Anyone who is a fan of former President Donald Trump knows he is almost always proven right when he says something. He was right about Obama spying on him. He was right about there being no ‘Russian bounties’ on American troops in Afghanistan. He was right about Joe Biden’s ‘quid-pro-quo’ threat to Ukraine when he was vice president. And Trump is very likely going to be proven right about the 2020 election ‘shenanigans,’ when all is said and done. You know what else Trump was right about? His claim that he did not have protesters ‘gassed’ at Lafayette Square in Washington, D.C., for a photo op of him holding up a Bible

Republican Indiana Sen. Mike Braun suggested to Attorney General Merrick Garland Wednesday that a report on domestic violence extremism placed disproportionate interest on the pro-life movement in a “wild attack” that identified “abortion-related violent extremists” as a principal threat. Garland testified before a Senate subcommittee Wednesday where Braun brought up a declassified intelligence report on domestic violence extremism released by the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) in March. That report, Braun said, identified abortion-related violent extremists as a principal threat.

Because Yale’s sad condition, unfortunately, is common to many of our most important institutions. As I wrote here last week, Yale’s governing board, faced with a challenge by an outsider, secretly rewrote its rules as the votes were counted, so as to ensure no more unapproved candidates. Why is Yale so eager to avoid outside scrutiny? There was also a scandal about a speaker at Yale who discussed “the psychopathic problem of the white mind”

Economists surveyed by Dow Jones expected a 4.7 percent spike in May.

And we’re about to make his day much worse – without apology. To quickly recap before we get into Acosta’s reaction, the key finding from IG Mark Lee Greenblatt’s department that caused journalist tears to flow was the one where then-President Trump and his Attorney General Bill Barr were vindicated of media-driven allegations about how they supposedly used federal resources to order protesters “tear-gassed” in order to clear a path for a “photo op” of Trump
