Newsweek ran a column by two blacktivists, under the headline, "Stop Saying 'People of Color' When You Mean Black." When did white stop being a color? This is woke to the woke-th degree. The column complains that calling people of color places people of other colors on par with black people in their grievances. No, no, no. They do not want those Asians or Hispanics horning in on their action The whole point of BLM and all that crap is to promote black supremacy. The argument is white people got to be racist for a few centuries, it is black people's turn now.

The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted lives the world over for more than a year. Its death toll will soon reach three million people. Yet the origin of pandemic remains uncertain: The political agendas of governments and scientists have generated thick clouds of obfuscation, which the mainstream press seems helpless to dispel.

A German team of researchers this week said they may have discovered what causes rare blood clots in some COVID-19 vaccine recipients.
Rolf Marschalek, a professor at Goethe University in Frankfurt who has been involved in studies looking into the rare clotting condition caused by the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine, said his researcher showed the issue may be triggered due to adenovirus vectors.
An adenovirus—a common cold virus that can’t replicate—is the primary mechanism used by both the AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson vaccines, delivering the genetic instructions for the spike protein of the virus into the recipient’s body. Meanwhile, vaccines made by Moderna and Pfizer use mRNA technology.

That complaint is rich. The NYT and the rest of the anti-American media pressed Twitter to ban President Donald John Trump and his supporters.
NYT sobbed, "Russia is increasingly pressuring Google, Twitter and Facebook to fall in line with Kremlin internet crackdown orders or risk restrictions inside the country, as more governments around the world challenge the companies’ principles on online freedom."
The companies oppose online freedom. If not, Google's YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook would not be censoring conservatives. They would adopt the old AOL chatroom policy of banning swear words but not ideas.
Mayor Steve Adler’s Austin is still getting worse. He led the explosion of homeless camping citywide and the defunding of police.
