Delta CEO, facing backlash, calls
Georgia voting law ‘unacceptable’

Original Article

The CEO of Georgia-based Delta Air Lines said Wednesday that the state’s new election law overhaul is “unacceptable” and “based on a lie,” after the company faced criticism that it didn’t speak out forcefully enough in opposition to the bill when it was being considered by the state’s Republican leaders. CEO Ed Bastian offered his assessment of the new Georgia law in a memo sent to employees less than a week after Delta officials joined other corporate lobbyists to shape the final version of a sweeping measure that could make it harder for some Georgia citizens to cast ballots.

Comments:

A key goal of the Marxist takeover of the USA was to infiltrate and gain control of big business, and they've had great success at it. Who knows why Cola-Cola is not yet on board; they admitted openly that they oppose "whiteness," despite "white" tax dollars funding massive amounts of their product by People of Color using EBT cards.

I suggest that Mr. Bastian stick with running an airline and keep this political advise to himself. I don't give a damn what he thinks about the new Georgia election law. I also would not fly Delta, the airline and service stinks. I suggest that you Mr. Bastian fix that broken company that you run.

So, having to identify your in order to vote is " racist ". Does he not realize that in order to apply for welfare you have to show a photo ID, same with buying a phone, renting an apartment, applying for a mortgage, applying for medicare, social security, adopting a pet, renting or buying a car, getting on a plane and food stamps among other things.

So, is Delta going to no longer require identification to get on any of their planes? Well, that ends Delta's reign as Amerca's best "legacy" carrier. I'll have to start flying United and America and -- gasp -- fly through O'Hare (which I absolutely HATE).

Mr Bastian needs to go to Lindel TV and watch his Scientific Proof video. I would recommend this to anyone. After watching that, there is no doubt what happened in the 2020 election and shows why no one in politics wants to touch it. As Carl Sagan once said " if you have been bamboozled, you don't want to see how you were bamboozled." Scientific Proof shows how we were bamboozled.

In an effort to not appear racist, will Mr. Bastian now make it Delta Airlines policy to not require ID to get on the planes? Is the TSA racist for requiring ID to get anywhere past the check-in lines at an airport? Is the US government (and every other nations government) racist for requiring a passport ID in order to enter their county? Just wondering how far Mr. Bastian is willing to take this condemnation of blatant racism for all travel by all airlines world wide by requiring IDs. Or, does his condemnation only apply to Republicans as dictated to him by liberal woke blackmailing activists?

Mr. Bastion seems to give the impression he shouldn't be running a major publicly traded company based on his comments. He said he wants safe and secure elections, but does he mind if the voter rolls continue to have dead people on them, or people who have moved? Does he care about the chain of custody of ballot drop boxes? (which the Republicans added to the bill, and were illegal prior to this bill) Does he know that over 60% of African-Americans want proof of ID to vote?

The requirements for ID before flying commercial airlines is not a company policy. Federal Aviation Regulations not only require an ID but pursuant to the REAL ID Act of 2005, travelers are required to have compliant IDs (driver license). To be compliant, the IDs must state Legal Name, Date of Birth, Social Security Number, Primary Address, and (gasp) Citizenships Status. States are first required to comply with the REAL ID requirements before issuing driver licenses to their citizens, which may be used to board commercial aircraft.

Please include any communications, emails and such, with any groups so we can determine if your call for unacceptable is just another act of partisanship. In any case, I would remind you that the duties of the CEO of Delta do not include making half or more of your customers angry, and seeking other airlines. I call on the owners of Delta to vote to remove Ed Bastian from his position. Get someone that spends their time running the airline, badly needed, not on political affairs, meetings, press appearances, and other things of no value to the company.

Nincompoopery. Have that CEO come to a public "hearing", maybe have a reading of the Law just passed, and then ask him what he has his panties in a knot over. I'm guessing he has no clue, and this exposes his stupidity and his easy crumpling under verbal threats. And, for crying out loud! If someone calls and asks for a snap judgment or opinion WITHOUT HAVING found out what the issue is, you DO NOT have to answer. Say: I need to read the bill (or whatever) before I comment.
