Washington—Judges in Georgia and Michigan quickly dismissed Trump campaign lawsuits Thursday, undercutting a campaign legal strategy to attack the integrity of the voting process in states where the result could mean President Donald Trump's defeat. The rulings came as Democrat Joe Biden inched closer to the 270 Electoral College votes needed to win the White House. In Pennsylvania, meanwhile, the Trump campaign won an appellate ruling to get party and campaign observers closer to election workers who are processing mail-in ballots in Philadelphia.(Snip) Biden campaign attorney Bob Bauer called the Republican legal challenges meritless.

Biden, you can go pound sand. Everything is meritless to you. Yeah, well, when you claim Democrats have an extensive fraud program and do nothing about it, I consider you scum. You and Kamala Harris should have forfeited. I am of the mindset that Donald Trump and Mike Pence deserved a fair election process just as much as you did. This is worse than Watergate and you want to diminish what took place.

Apparently, the Georgia judges dismissed the case because "elections officials in the Savannah-area county testified that all of those ballots arrived on time..." Any proof? Were they all postmarked on time? Did anyone else get to verify that?

Am I the only one who thinks there should be separate, standardized election processing rules for federal elections? All these goofy, illogical, expensive, slow, and custom-built for cheating rules for every state are ridiculous. Embarrassing. Banana republic. How can ANY Secretary of State be proud of this absurd fiasco? Maybe Florida this time around with a very efficient, fast, and accurate count. But the rest? Are you kidding me? Utterly disgraceful.
Congress better come up with something that citizens on both sides can not just trust but be proud of before the next national election. This is disgusting.

Chatham County "Found" over 9k absentee ballots between 6pm on 11/4 and 9am on 11/5. Fulton County found 42K+, Cobb County found 14k+, Houston County found 10K, and Gwinnett County which is also a suburb of Atlanta found ZERO. 18 counties found absentee ballots. Cherokee County which is next to Cobb found ZERO. I downloaded the spreadsheets from 11/4 at 6pm and then again at 9am on 11/5. These are time stamped documents from the State of Georgia Secretary of State Election Results websites.

They keep cheating till they win; we keep fighting till we win. Our advantage is our man is in the WH; theirs has to come and kick him out. If that happens, we've only just begun to fight.

Meritless for sure. If integrity was so important then pass laws requiring voter ID. In CA you have to get a RealiD card to fly on a plane or buy ammunition. Fox needs to take those 11 Az electors off of Biden's total. Just to make it look more like reality. God's War Angels have protected Trump since the beginning. Fear not for if God is protecting him who can possibly do him harm.

My question is if it is a Federal Offense to obstruct or intimidate in the election process, why are the Federal Marshalls on hand to arrest the election official that are obstructing and intimidating the process?

In GA... it's real interesting... the Presidential race is showing 4,930,652 total votes while the two senate races only show 4,886,658 for the Perdue race, and 4,849,731 for the other senate race.... differences of 44K in one and 81K in the other.... and I'm watching the gap between Trump and Biden shrink. Yesterday the difference was 66K votes, it's now down to 9,525 vote difference

If each state wants enact specific rules for elections concerning local and state elections that fine, but when it comes to national elections, there should be one set of rules for the entire country. No early voting, no mail in ballots except absentee ballots which much be post marked by election day. If not, then they aren't counted.

How is it that Senate and House races can be called in these contested States but POTUS cannot? POTUS isn't on a separate ballot and people could not be splitting the vote to that extreme.
And the media want to call any suspicion a conspiracy theory?

This is really really interesting... I went and voted early on 10/30/2020. When I go to www.mvp.sos.ga.gov and look up how I voted, it shows that I did an absentee ballot on 10/30/2020... what gives?? Now my husband, who did vote via absentee(I put his vote in the ballot box), shows correctly. My daughter, who mailed hers on 11/3 (too late) shows that it was rejected on 11/4. When I check my other son's, they don't show an absentee ballot available because they voted on 11/3.... so where did all the absentee ballots come from after 11/3??? Why is my vote showing as an Absentee when I voted early?? Cobb county is showing an additional 15,450 absentee ballots counted between 11/4 at 1800 and 11/5 at 1600..... Just saying...

It should be the responsibility of the election officials to be able to confidently detail the votes.
The chain of custody, the tracking numbers, etc...
If they can't then those ballots should be disqualified. And, it would be their fault.

To add to #4's comments
The reptilian Dems, with their Muh Russia Muellergate investigations, Fake Impeachment for Ukraine, and denial of any taxpayer funds for The Wall, basically chewed up at least 2 years of the Greatest President of My Life's term.
I was so looking forward to President Trump's 2nd Term for really draining the swamp, and bringing permanent positive change, but the scummy Dems are stealing that. too.
I will support President Trump in whatever he chooses to counter this Election Theft, up to and including military intervention, and will otherwise never recognize the legitimacy of a Biden/Harris ticket

I have noticed a lot of this editorializing that goes on in the mainstream media's reporting. For instance, just now, one of the headlines in the CNN website was that "Trump repeats false claims that legal votes will show him winning". It really is not up to the headline-writer at CNN to insert the word "false" into the headline. It's a form of editorializing that belongs in an opinion piece, not a headline for a story that purports to report the news.
As for the count, it seems odd that the official vote count results in Georgia will be declared as soon as Biden hits the lead. There's a smell about it.

There they go again, AP editorializing in the first line of the article. No, Trump is not trying to "attack the integrity of the voting process," but to uncover the massive fraud against the American public that AP and its fellow travelers refuse to describe or investigate because they are a propaganda arm of the Democrat party, rather than a news organization. So many people should be arrested for this, to include our "free press."
