Late-night host Stephen Colbert sees the writing on the wall: “Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett” is a future that the Democrats must come to terms with. Speaking on his show Monday night, the comedian who has turned his platform into a political forum, with jokes largely torching President Donald Trump, admitted Amy Coney Barrett’s confirmation to the last Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s seat “is inevitable, like death.”“We’ve had some fun with Donald Trump over the years, we’ve laughed, we’ve cried. We mostly cried. But every once in a while, you get a troubling reminder that he is the president,” Colbert began.

Turn, twist in the wind and die a slow agonizing leg thrashing death you America haters!. Especially sweet is the realization that this is happening because of the hubris and arrogance of that woman who thought Hillary was a safe bet!

Barret is inevitable, and so would have been Kavanaugh without the ridiculous nonsense of a few RINO's, who allowed that fiasco to happen.

Every so often we get a troubling reminder that Colbert thinks he's relevant.

Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett will likely make the deaths of many children in the womb less "inevitable".

Liberals think they're the smartest people on the earth. However, smart people don't lose, and certainly not consistently. By my count, they are 0-22 going up against DJT: the wall, impeachment, Billy Bush, Hillary Clinton, Tax cuts, Iran deal, NAFTA, TPP, Mueller, Nadler, Schiff, Vindmann, Stormy Daniels, Avenatti, Omarosa, net-gain-of-2-senators-in-2018, Marie Yovanovitch, Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, the Schumer Shut Down, Law & Order, COVID, WHO, CCP, Huawei/5G...Ok, I lost count. If you count the number of Federal Judges nominated and confirmed (200), the record is 0-250 or so. And they still don't learn! Oh, and the Green New Deal. I forgot about the 0 votes the Communists got in the Senate for that one. Anyone care to add to the score?

Yes, Mr. Colbert, death is inevitable - even yours. I don’t wish you ill, but I will read your obituary with great pleasure.

Yes Mr. Steve Your death approaches. You are so concerned that death is inevitable that you forget that Life is inevitable. Continue to die in place (or Live).

Ah, the smell of Leftist Flop Sweat!
Maybe after Biden's horrible debate tonight, Colbert will get a thunderbolt revelation around dawn that TRUMP'S RE-ELECTION IS INEVITABLE

Colbert's opinion means nothing to me. Does he wear a mask while doing his show? Why not?

I can't help but wonder why he didn't say, "Is inevitable, like TAXES"? Why does he bring "death" into it, when ironically what leftist-hedonists really fear is loss of unfettered access to discount abortions? More frighteningly, it might be a "dog whistle" for some psycho to do violence against this wonderful lady.
Colbert arse is unfunny, unhelpful, and unhealthy for a God fearing society.

Yes, death of the liberals long running court games. And it's not just Justice Barrett. Trump's record number of Conservative judicial appointments is shrinking the window for liberal victory. Plus, even if still liberal circuits let some things through, other Conservative circuits could disagree. Then the Conservative SCOTUS will make the final decision. Heads we in, tails you lose.
By the way, note that the liberals are in this position due to the ego of the notorious RBG who refused to step down when BO would have been able to name a replacement.
If Barrett getting on the SCOTUS is "death" what will it be when Breyer (age 82) drops out and Trump replaces him with a Conservative and the Court is 6-2-1 with sappy Roberts as the useless swing vote?
