During remarks on Sunday, Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden accused Republicans of engaging in an “abuse of power” for moving forward to fill the Supreme Court vacancy left by the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg before election day, emphasizing that early voting has already started in some states.“U.S. Constitution provides one chance — one — for the Americans to have their voices heard on who serves a lifetime appointment on the Supreme Court, who makes those big decisions about their healthcare, their civil rights, and much else,” said Biden.“That chance is now. That moment is now.

Abuse of power? He means like that thing he did to get a Ukrainian prosecutor fired on behalf of his whore-diddling son?

The demonrat socialists want history to be whatever they say it is.
They want justice and right to be "fair" and fair is ONLY defined on their terms.
They control the media and they will beat this into us until they find a judge to give in to them because the Election Laws were passed by legislators and what they cannot win through elections of legislators, they try to get by the courts.

It’s the greatest thing since sliced bread, joe.
Get with program!! We’re winning. While in general i am a little win fatigued, it’s true.
But this SupCt justice and the election just we’re going to have to go ahead and win, fatigued from all the winning or not.
So you might as well put a lid on it.

How about getting your son a no-show job for 50 grand a month by threatening to withhold aid, is that an abuse of power?

"Voting is already started" is no argument. It's the states who decide the rules on their voting practices; a Supreme Court nomination/ confirmation is a federal process, which trumps states rights. Further, many of the states who have started the voting process early are doing so mainly for the sake of disruption.

So Joe is saying that the US Constitution sanctions abuse of power by its method for replacing SCOTUS justices. Brilliant, Joe!

I have lived three-quarters of a century, and my entire life the SCOTUS has held a liberal slant. In fact, the democrats seem to think that the Constitution requires this.
It is about time to experience a Supreme Court where the democrats will no longer know what the outcome of major rulings will be.

His complaint should have been with Ruthie. If she had retired at age 80 then Obama could have easily replaced her with a far-left lunatic who would be on the court for 3 decades. Instead they indulged her ego right up until the end.

FTA: “That chance is now. That moment is now."
Actually, Joe, that moment is Nov 3rd. And until then (really until Jan 20, 2021), President Trump has the constitutional power and the duty to appoint a Supreme Court Justice, with the US Senate at the time confirming his choice.

Joe Biden told senators to disregard their oath to uphold the Constitution.
FTA; During his Sunday speech, and in reference to the Supreme Court vacancy, Biden called on “every senator to take a step back from the brink, take off the blinders of politics,” and “stand up to the Constitution you swore to uphold.” He also said that just because “you have the power to do something,” it “doesn’t absolve you of your responsibility to do right by the American people.”

The Dem/Lib/Progs know how to create monsters. RBG will certainly be remembered as notorious for clinging to her position as if she alone held the power to name her successor. The accolades from the Left went to her head.
Two words for Biden: Bork. Kavenaugh.

When Joe says Americans have to have their voices heard he actually means only Americans who agree with him need to have their voices heard.
Hear MY voice Mr. Biden. Confirm Amy Coney Barrett NOW.

No Joe, it's an excercise of Constitutionally permitted power. An abuse of power would be denying a foreign country money that was appropriated by congress unless the country's government fired a prosecutor who was investigating your son for corruption.

Joe's puppet masters made him say it. Joe's energy level sinks by the day. That is not even the way Joe normally talks. But then, there's his ''condition.''

Disrespectfully Joe, why should anyone take anything you say seriously? You wear diapers. You have thrived in legislative obscurity off the hind teat of government payrolls for 50 years. Alarmingly, you were unaware of your son's international gravy train, you did not earn three college degrees, and it was you who suggested Michael Flynn violated the Logan Act. Joe, stop talking and go change your sullied Depends.

If the Democrats held the Presidency and the Senate they would be doing exactly the same thing as President Trump and Senator McConnell are doing ushering their Supreme Court nominee through Senate confirmation. That Supreme Court nomination going forward is just the latest consequence of the Democrats losing the 2016 election.
Joseph Biden imploring wimpy Republican Senators to side with him and the Democrats to drop the Amy Barrett nomination is essentially asking those Republican Senators to commit political suicide.

You would think with all his experience abusing power over 47 years Joe would easily recognize what abuse of power looks like and certainly from being part of the Obama regime. He probably didn't realize that it was President Trump actually doing his constitutionally mandated job, something Obama was lacking seeing as he left so many federal judicial vacancies.

Even FOX News has been asserting that Amy will make the SC 6 to 3 conservative. FOX is incorrectly classifying CJ Roberts as being conservative. Roberts pretends he is conservative by voting with the four conservative Justices in cases that do not concern Robert's blackmailers. To try to preserve Robert's false image as being conservative, his blackmailers play their blackmail care only every once in a while.

Joe Biden didn't say that he can't string a sentence that long together. Joe's too busy eating his gruel in the corner while a spokesperson writes responses like this for weekend feeds on communist communication channels.
