Seattle police are searching for a suspect accused of striking an officer in the head with a baseball bat during riots Wednesday night sparked by the death of Breonna Taylor. Shocking video on social media shows an officer on a bicycle falling to the ground as black-clad protesters cheer. In the video, as the officer tries to get up, a demonstrator pelts him with an orange traffic cone and another grabs his bike. As the officer is trying to wrestle his bike away from the protester, another man in a gas mask runs up behind him and cracks him in the back of

If you see the video, you will agree that the cop would have been justified in pulling his handgun and shooting the man right then and there. But unless and until police respond with deadly force against deadly force, we will continue to see these out-of-control mobs.

It was a "peaceful" attempted murder.

Time to start taking them out. This is a civil war. The only thing these animals will listen to is lethal force. How many more cops have to be shot and beaten, how much more property has to be burned to the ground before the FBI and the DOJ wake up. We are witnessing the attempted overthrow of our country while we wait for real justice. Got it.

Just more winning, winning and winning. At this moment it is my opinion that America really does not have the will to end this stuff.

I am tired of repeating the same thing: the sponsors of the riots want to draw fire and then claim the President has blood on his hands for killing these wonderful, idealistic peaceful “ demonstrators” exercising their 1A rights. I think and hope after November 3, all bets are off and the cops and/or feds can respond appropriately.

Sure, makes a lot of sense...riot in Seattle for something that happened in Louisville...didja see the article about the U-Haul truck loaded with shields and masks and signs that was opened up just as the Ky AG was giving his speech....turns out some dank head female running a 'bail for rioters' outfit paid for the truck...didn't read where she was hauled off to a 'black site' though..somebody dropped the ball...

Heard those stinkers Pelosi and Schumer "telling" the President that he's not a dictator or a tsar or (on and on, their verbal diarrhea) . He is the one who least fits that description. Just remember, too, that it was BO who filled the White House with tsars who never had to go through any confirmation hearings. Where are they? Did they clear out? I wouldn't be surprised if they are still nestled in there like termites chewing away at the foundations of our Republic.

The Washington times left out the fact that the baseball bat was made of metal. The assault in that case is actually attempted murder.

That should say "mostly peaceful baseball bat", Jessica. Remember to check your copy against the latest Times style guide before submitting it.

Intentionally injuring a police officer while in the performance of his or her duties should be a federal crime, a felony punishable by a minimum of 5 years, and up to life. Local mayors and DAs in Dem cities are not doing their jobs. Lock up these puke “protesters” and throw away the key.

If a rioter raises a weapon against a police officer, SHOOT THEM DEAD, while they still have the weapon in their hands.

Seattle failed to disband the police, so this is on them. In the meantime, Mayor Jenny should hire a second $150K pimp to maintain the peace.
