Sen. Chuck Schumer and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez joined forces in Brooklyn on Sunday to issue a “fervent plea” that Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s seat on the Supreme Court remain vacant until after the November presidential election.Speaking from the late justice’s alma matter, James Madison High School in Midwood, Ocasio-Cortez said Dems need to use “every tool at our disposal” to block a Senate confirmation hearing for any potential replacement nominated by President Trump.“We need to make sure we mobilize on an unprecedented scale to ensure this vacancy is reserved for the next president,” she said.

By “tool,” they mean muck and mayhem and destruction. Love of power more than love of country. WE need a central counter-planning committee.

With President Trump appointing a new justice, the democrat party loses an election boost for their party. They have nothing to campaign on after she is confirmed. They are in the panic mood and I'm loving every minute.

Tool = every underhanded dirty trick. We know them. We know they are lawless, ruthless and feel that the end justifies the means. Democrats are up against a force they have not yet encountered before. This President and the vast majority of the American people have had enough of their shenanigans. Clearly, their goal is to destroy this country and they are going to do it by force, if necessary. Americans are just not going to have it. We have watched as they have destroyed cities with their temper tantrums and we are fed up. If Republicans do what is right, legal and dutiful, they will confirm the President’s nominee. If not, we will be pushed into dangerous waters by a few contrary Republicans who abandoned their oaths of office. The Court must be fully equipped before the election in order to render whatever decision is necessary. A 4/4 split could throw us in a Constitutional Crisis. All the Republican contrarians must think long and hard. This is not your granddaddy’s nomination. The Republic hangs in the balance as you dither and obstruct. Do your jobs!

So the former bartender is issuing threats along with Chuckie Schumer. Well, we'd better back right down in the face of all their tools (two of those tools were speaking) and because an old partisan's dying wish was to suspend the U.S. Constitution so the "new" president could appoint her successor. Too bad the new president will be Donald J. Trump.

Everything that Taco Barbie and Princess Polygrip do to obstruct the SCOTUS nomination is just further proof that the Dems only care about their power and nothing else. They would rather see the country burn than watch Trump enact his agenda. They offer no solutions, no compromises, but instead make threats and spout innuendo. The Democrat Party should be placed in the dustbin of history and voted completely out of office. We need at least a 2 party system, but both parties have to advocate good for the country, not themselves. And the Democrats only care about themselves.

It is way past time for congress to rein in the power of the courts. This appointment should be no more important than any other. But because so much power has been ceded to the courts it looms gigantic and even threatens to be used as a casus belli in the coming civil insurrection. The power of the courts must be reduced.

All the nominees are racists, homophobes, and right wing KKK extremists but the Marxists need a few weeks to get all their witnesses stories to match? There's a single mother black woman who lost everything because of the evil, extremist nominees legal decision but they have to find the right single mother black woman associated with each possible nominee? They have to coach all the senate judiciary committee witnesses harmed by the nominee to end each statement to make it sound like a question?
