On September 4, 2020, Russell Vought, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, sent a brief memo to the heads of the executive departments and agencies of the federal government. Its purpose was straightforward: to end the practice by any federal government agency of using training materials that promote “critical race theory” or “white privilege” or that “teaches or suggests either (1) that the United States is either an inherently evil or racist country or (2) that any race or ethnicity is inherently racist or evil.”
If you are working for the government, as a civilian or contractor, and you don't believe this is the greatest country in the world, you don't deserve the job...

Does that mean they will stop the stupid race relations classes, as well as the sexual harassment harangue, and the most laughable of all, the annual government ethics training?

Race relations in the US are worse now than they were 50 years ago. White people are understandably tired of the constant whining and hostility toward them and most have done nothing to deserve it. Rioting, looting, arson and violence are not going to win the war blacks have started. We do not have a culture or mindset in this country that accepts intimidation tactics. The liberals who fall for this are weak willed and cannot make a rational argument. They do not represent the majority.

Leftists will send you to reeducation camp but they will never believe you have been reeducated. You are only there to be shamed.

Government action such as the OMB memo will be helpful. But we will not get rid of this cancer unless there is a social pushback. The term systemic racism is loaded, toxic and mal-intended. As such should be made unacceptable. It is insulting, offensive and an act of aggression against an ordinary white person. And should be denounced as such. I am 'white adjacent' and I understand that it is easier for me to say this. But otherwise there is no way solve this

The propaganda here is a multi-step tool to power in the eyes of the Elites:
1. It gives the appearance of legitimacy to those who feel oppressed. These people; blacks, Hispanics and other minorities ARE oppressed by certain Elitist groups - the same groups putting out the propaganda.
2. It stirs up racial tensions toward a certain end. The minorities are legitimized to commit any violent act, while accepting money from Elitist sources, as their just due. Meanwhile this permits the Elitists to recruit them for "Social Justice" causes that help those Elites. Meanwhile, the majority population is inundated with propaganda telling them they are to blame, simply because they exist. This slows the backlash and confuses the issue, allowing violence to percolate to hotter, more dangerous levels.
3. The majority, attacked and resentful, increasingly feel violent toward the rioting social justice actions which are identified again and again as "minority groups" in the news. At the same time many are conflicted and support the Elites, who are promising change (and freedom from the violence). Again, helping the Elites.
4. Fed like this, there will eventually BE violence. The Elites will loudly back whoever looks like they're winning, and proclaim they knew this would happen and warned about it. They will seek to gain/maintain power, while directing the violence at their political opponents. They will also step in and steal as much property and wealth as they can from those people on the losing end of the argument, for themselves.
5. The reordered citizenry much poorer and beleaguered will be encouraged to entrust their lives to the Elites in a society much more controlled (safe) than the period they just experienced.
And that's how you conquor a country from within. Elites have been doing this for, not decades, not centuries, not millenia...
Since civilization began.

Universities have been churning out graduates with otherwise useless degrees in 'grievance studies' - so in order to justify their existence they must perpetuate the sham by spreading the poison. Drink up my lovlies - koolaid for everyone!

FTA: This summer’s culture of perpetual protest served as an accelerant
Au Contraire. The actions of this Summer served to widen the narrow gap between races and disgusted those who have never had a racist thought in their heads. Blacks may appear to be riding the crest of the wave today but they will now be challenged to do many things that have previously been done for them. My perception is that most of them are not up to the task. The whites in Antifa have developed an appetite for violence but it is the blacks who loot stores and shoot their neighbors' children.
There are very few times when I wish that I were not retired and still held my position in a large corporation. I would have refused to endure the diversity, inclusion, ethics and even safe driver training and would have smiled in defiance when they asked me to leave. Simply attending this training is an admission that you are deficient.
Places like Microsoft may be proud of their diversity achievements but how many large firms in America have dared to compare the performance of their diverse workforces to the days when they simply hired the most talented and productive candidate? They know that they would be shocked to the point that they would be forced to question themselves about the multi-million dollar variance.
Before this year I had no specific antipathy toward people who were not white other than to question their constant push to be given things that white people have achieved on their own and the higher average crime rates, attributing those demands to those of individuals, not entire races. Things are different now and not in a good way.

Given the state of Big Media, public schools and universities today, the real pity is that we are not well educated in the first place.
