Baltimore murder suspects protected

Two illegal immigrants suspected of an MS-13 gang killing of a 16-year-old girl in Baltimore were in police custody before, but were set free by authorities in New York and Maryland in defiance of deportation requests, allowing them to be out on the streets, ICE said Tuesday. Gabriela Alejandra Gonzalez-Ardon was found dead in woods near Loch Raven Reservoir in late May. Five people have been charged in the killing, and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement says three of them are illegal immigrants—and two of them were free because of sanctuary policies. “This is the worst-case scenario,”

So if you are an American citizen who commits a murder you are screwed but if you are an illegal immigrant you are home free. What a great country! Where did the lawyers responsible for this travesty go to law school?

So then arrest those that set them free. Aiding and abetting is a crime.

So why can't the idiots who let these thugs go be charged with aiding and abetting murder? Murder of a child nonetheless! They would not have had opportunity to kill had they been deported. Or at least they would not have been killing in America. The authorities that allowed these thugs loose deserve as much punishment as the ones who actually killed the girl. The authorities have blood on their hands!

Royal fans were outraged after the Duchess of Sussex was left out of photos shared on social media to mark Prince Harry's 36th birthday today. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, the Queen and Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall posted a total of four photographs of the Duke of Sussex to mark the occasion but his wife Meghan Markle, 39, did not appear in any. The omission riled royal fans who took to the comments section to say it was 'shady' of family members to 'literally cut Meghan out of the picture'. In response to William and Kate's photo,

The Jets and Bills opted out of taking a stand–or a knee–during the national anthem, choosing to stay inside. But the NFL’s reigning MVP had no such qualms. From Colin Kaepernick on, the NFL has been among the leagues most resistant to social media messaging. That’s why it was so noteworthy to see the MVP–Baltimore quarterback Lamar Jackson–taking a knee during the national anthem of Sunday’s season opener against Cleveland.(Snip) And while some Baltimore teammates knelt while others sat on the bench during the anthem, Ravens ownership backed their star player. “We respect and support our players’ right to protest peacefully.

An analysis conducted by The Associated Press and Chalkbeat shows that districts where the vast majority of students are white are more than three times as likely to be open for some in-person learning compared to school districts that enroll mostly students of color. While that stark divide often reflects the preferences of parents, it’s one that could further exacerbate inequities in education. Responses from 677 school districts surveyed by the AP and Chalkbeat found that most students will begin the school year online. But the survey shows that race is a strong predictor of which public schools are offering in-person instruction

Speaking to MSNBC’s Craig Melvin on Monday, Pelosi (D-Calif.) faced pushback after repeatedly saying “Forget him” while answering a question about countering the commander-in-chief’s rhetoric and narrative. Melvin noted to the nation’s highest elected Democrat that, “with all due respect, you just said, ‘Forget him.'” “Yeah, forget him,” she responded. The MSNBC host then asked if she and the president had “just stopped talking? Is that where we are?” “You haven’t talked to him about the wildfires,

Approximately 150 pregnant Black and Pacific Islander women in San Francisco will receive a $1,000 monthly supplement during their pregnancies and for the first six months of their babies' lives, the city's mayor announced. Mayor London Breed's (D) office said on Monday that the Abundant Birth Project is the first of its kind in the country. The project's goal is to eventually provide a supplement for as long as two years post-pregnancy. “Providing guaranteed income support to mothers during pregnancy is an innovative and equitable approach that will ease some of the financial stress that all too often keeps women from being able to put their health first,” Breed said.

Towards the end of a discussion on the property damage that’s been caused by violent protests over police brutality, Gingrich—who is now a Fox News contributor—insisted that the real issue was with local elected leaders.

By now, it’s the worst kept secret in the world that Joe Biden is having cognitive difficulties. (snip) Rush Limbaugh, however, has noticed another piece in the puzzle, and this one yields to empirical evidence rather than first-hand knowledge. This is the fact that, other than the long-ago Democrat debates and his acceptance speech (which may have been live, rather than prerecorded), Biden is never seen at night. (snip) Biden may be suffering from sundowning, something strongly associated with dementia in the elderly, especially with Alzheimer’s. The new guidance from Pennsylvania’s Department of State — that state law does not allow counties to set aside mail-in ballots based on their signature analysis — prompted the League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania and the Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh to drop a lawsuit in federal court Monday.
