Fox News analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano was sued Friday in Manhattan by a man who claims Napolitano sexually assaulted him in 1988 while presiding over his criminal case in New Jersey.Law & Crime reported:
According to the complaint obtained by Law&Crime, in 1988, Napolitano lured Charles Corbishley to his New Jersey home under false pretenses and forced him to perform oral sex. At the time, Napolitano was the judge presiding over Corbishley’s case on charges of criminal arson. His lawyer, Robert Hollis, was allegedly a self-described “friend” of Napolitano’s and successfully moved to have the case brought under his purview.

This can't be true. A man of the court, Napolitano, did this? Corbishley was "forced" to perform oral sex on Napolitano? And Corbishley went along with it? If all this is true, we have two cretins here who stooped way below the norms of human dignity. Napolitano will be stripped of his robe and JD credential.

It is time to pass some kind of law that puts a statute of limitations on all this sex charge business.
If something happened over 10 years ago and has never been reported in any way, it should not be allowed to be made public. I guess we could give everyone year to come forward now or forever shut up.
it is way past the rediculous stage.

Napolitano should currently be presumed to be not guilty. So far this matter seems to be one person's word against another's. NAPPY is entitled to benefit of doubt. However I cannot recall Nappy EVER giving President Trump ANY benefit of ANY doubt. Many of NAPPY's criticisms of the President were based on flimsy evidence or no evidence. Many criticisms were wholly unfair or were based on shallow analysis of the applicable law and others were based on NAPPY's incorrect interpretation of the applicable law. NAPPY far too often shoots from the hip, sometimes apparently based on his effort to be the first to comment on TV. Nevertheless, as two wrongs do not make one right, NAPPY's unfairness to the President is not sufficient basis to presently assume that NAPPY is the person described in Charles Corbishley's assertions to the police. Time will tell.

How does it feel Judge??? Maybe you can experience some of the same fake stories tossed at President Trump that you seem to believe too easily.

I dont believe it. Sounds like complete BS to me. Its impossible to prove, impossible to defend against, and the allegations do more damage than the alleged action.
This is the standard communist fall back plan when all else fails.

My prior comment, above, should read ". . .described in Charles Corbishley's assertions to his attorney." It's very probable that New Jersey Criminal Code Statute of Limitations bars any criminal charges as 1988 being 22 years ago.

I suppose the Democrats and the liberal media will demand Napolitano prove his innocence. Remember, their concept of justice is, "You're Guilty until proven Innocent."

Boy, that's too bad, no really, seriously. I agree with a shorter statutes of lims but it's kind of good to see this guy end up in the soup that he was more than happy to stir when it was a trumped charge against President Trump. Nothing like a little humble pie to give one perspective.

Notice how we don't see Biden sued for sexual assault in 1988 or any other time in the past?

I'm no fan of the Napster. In fact i despise him.
And i wouldn't doubt for a minute that he is a homosexual.
But this claim goes back 32 years.
It is ridiculous to bring it us now.
True or not.

Another under the covers gay man “outed”? At this point maybe yes, maybe no. Are we now going to create a “he must be believed” movement?
