Susan Rice, a former Obama administration official who lied about the terror attack in Benghazi on five newsmaker shows, says mail-in balloting and absentee voting are "essentially the same thing." Speaking to "The Situation Room" with Wolf Blitzer Tuesday evening, Rice accused President Trump and Attorney General William Barr of "undermining confidence" in mail-in balloting, which she described as "another form of voter suppression, nothing less." (Video) Blitzer asked Rice if she is "concerned about the integrity" of the "mail-in voting process." "I am not concerned about the integrity of mail-in voting and absentee balloting, which is essentially the same thing," Rice responded:
