An American Civil Liberties Union official in Kentucky chastised Transylvania University over the weekend for accepting Nicholas Sandmann as a student, calling the move a “stain” on the institution.Sandmann made headlines back in January 2019 when a Native American activist stood in front of the teen and began chanting in his face during a pro-life rally at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C. Sandmann, who was wearing a MAGA hat at the time and is a supporter of President Trump, held his ground and smiled at the man as he continued to talk in his face.“Does anyone else think it’s a bit of a stain on Transylvania University

The enlightened professor stated: “One of my favorite things about working at a liberal arts institution is that our community has diverse perspectives,” BS! They do not want diverse ANYTHING. If you don't speak their language they think your “public behavior and rhetoric atrocious and uninformed,” It is obvious that this professor is No Match for Sandmann and the professor better hid his wallet, because Sandmann isn't afraid to fight back.

I'm betting someone grabbed that Liberal Professor by the neck and informed him he has already let himself open to be sued if he actually did get Sandman in his class and decided to make him an Example! Sandman is a millionaire due to mouthy people on CNN and other TV Stations. I'm thinking Sandman, having read what the Professor said, is thinking to himself "go ahead, make my day"!

Not a bad choice for Mr. Sandmann. My wife was offered a full ride four-year scholarship to attend Transy, but she opted to attend the Univ of Kentucky as an undergrad instead (Transy is within walking distance of the main UK campus.) Transy is also a distinguished old Southern institution - several Confederate generals (Albert Sydney Johnston, Jerome B. Robertson, Joseph O Shelby) are graduates. As well as Stephen F. Austin (founder of Texas.) Jefferson Davis, who was born in KY and became President of the CSA, started out at Transy and later transferred to West Point. In all Transy is the alma mater of two U.S. vice presidents, two U.S. Supreme Court justices, 50 U.S. senators, 101 U.S. representatives, 36 U.S. governors, 34 U.S. ambassadors, and the one Confederate President, making it a large producer of U.S. statesmen.

So the professor will file a "conduct report" if Sandmann gets out of line. And what will "out of line" look like? Oh, I know. If Sandmann merely disagrees with him. Dear Nicholas, tape EVERY lecture in order to catch every word and every interaction in class. And if the professor knows you're doing this, His Snarkiness will leave you alone.

May Nick enjoy his 4 year experience at Transy. He must realize that he will be the rare freshman who is courted by the Alumni Office for Giving before he graduates, not afterwards. Let’s hope his lawyers add the ACLU to the list of institutions which will have to join CNN in settling his libel suits. There may be a Nick Sandman statue on campus when he’s finished, complete with a MAGA hat.

Samuel Crankshaw is a 2017 graduate of Transylvania. He is a smarmy looking 25 year-old who was a communications major at the school. He now works in communications/PR enlisting “activists” for the ACLU. I see no evidence in the current Transylvania catalog that he is on their faculty. Perhaps he teaches some BS class to like-minded individuals. We all know the ACLU has become radicalized but what I see in the article is insight into what was planned for Nick Sandmann by the left for the rest of his life brought to us by an obscure dork playing The Great White Father to brown and black people and who didn’t get the memo to lay off Sandmann.

More from Ass. Professor Avery Tompkins on the bio page: “My favorite thing about teaching is when the students come in and they know absolutely nothing about a topic. And then they get really excited about it. Or, when a student resists a topic or subject in the beginning, but at the end of the term is suddenly a huge advocate for that issue". After resistance...suddenly a huge advocate. Sounds like deliberate indoctrination to me. Tompkins is just one one of multitudes indoctrinating our kids. ☭🤯

Transylvania University is a very old institute. It was founded in 1780 and Henry Clay taught there for a time. Stephen F. Austin, the first governor of Texas graduated from there and so did the actor Ned Beatty. It used to be an excellent liberal arts school, but it looks to be going woke. It's got a VP for Diversity and uses all the woke language. Nick Sandmann seems to be a grounded individual and if he chooses his courses wisely, he can get a good education.

Famed Washington Post reporters Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein (“Woodstein”) have recently weighed in on the use of anonymous sources in the reporting of President Trump’s alleged slurs of deceased soldiers. While they use their iconic status to support the “truth” spoken by such unnamed witnesses, they unwittingly prove the profound incapability of modern journalism in its assumed role as the arbiter of truth. There can be no better example of this than Woodstein’s discussion of their use of anonymous sources in Watergate. These sources, Woodstein argues, were all proven truthful and brought down a sitting president. Therefore, they contend, the present anonymous sources must be
